This is a scam

This is a scam, a rip-off, a take-the-money-and-run scheme.

The jacket I received is very far from what I ordered. Different look, even different color, and extremely poor quality.
And even though their website says 30-day money back guarantee, it's a lie. They don't take a jacket back and they don't send your money back.

A very dishonest business, it's a shame that they can operate this way in Switzerland.

They have already been reported to Kassensturz.
