I have shopped twice on the website, and will never do that again!
First time, i receive an email 9 days later that all my order is actually out of stock and due to a 'technical error' the website showed as it it was on stock.

Second order, i bought 2 boots and was charged for both boots. Then i get an email, that one of the boots is out of stock, so they will send me the other pair. So i had to ask them why did they then withdraw money from my account for both boots?! So they refund me the money.
After receiving the other pair of boots, i decide to return them (physically to the shop), so there was no delay in the post.
1 week later and i still didn't get my money back. So again, i had to write and call....

Bad customer service, website not updated, and no follow-up whatsoever...
