Our 10 year old boiler started leaking unexpectedly in an early evening so we submitted a request for a quote and received a reply very soon after, advising what the issue was likely to be and a possible cost for repair. Jon was able to visit the next day to diagnose the issue, provide guidance on whether a repair or replacement might be better and gave quotes for both. We decided to proceed with the quote and Ray was able to source the parts and attend the following day to resolve the issue. A big thanks to Jon and Ray for the excellent and professional service, and excellent communication throughout.

Highly recommended Berkshire Heating Solutions. We needed a replacement boiler at short notice and Jon was able to quote and schedule installation within a couple of days.

Mike did the installation of the boiler, replaced a radiator and managed to tame our tricky electrics. Super tidy too, you wouldn’t have know he was here.

A great company. Reliable, skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. We needed help with our boiler urgently and they fitted us in that day, despite having to travel a long way between jobs to get to us. Sorted the problem too. They regularly service our boiler, gas safety certificate and the like. I can't recommend them more highly.

Had a problem with the pump on my central heating. One company came out but could not fix it. Tried this company and Ray came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

I really can't praise Berkshire Heating Solutions Limited highly enough. They provided a very competitive quote for a new central heating boiler and started the work a few days later. Everything went very smoothly and there was no mess or disruption . I have been contacted by the company twice since the installation to make sure everything is okay which I think is amazing customer service.

Genuinely faultless service from start to finish. We were recommended Berkshire Heating Solutions by family and have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the service provided. Most recently, we used the team to install a combi boiler in a new property. Jon visited promptly to provide a comprehensive quote, fitted us in quickly and the work was completed to an excellent standard - in spite of sweltering 50 degree heat in our loft on installation day!
