Luckily I kept an eye on my stream numbers so I was able to figure out how shady this was. Spotify almost removed half of my streams on the one song I did a campaign with them on. Turns out they are shysters that merely generate botted streams and that's about it. No campaign manager, no nothing.

Stay away.

They don't respond to questions. They have several email addresses but none seem to be read. They just ignore you but do take your money!

Great tool to promote my music, numbers are real, I have my royalties and my fan base has grown since using berryloon, is easy to do and affordable! I fully recommend it.

I tried the system several times and are very happy of how its working.

What made the experience great was that I got alot of views and followers because of the campaign. Would refer to all artists looking for more views and followers.

Fast results, and immediate satisfaction

BOTS! My streams went backwards because they are bot streams. They claim to use Meta ads and give you a campaign manager but once you pay there is 0 response. I asked for an example of an ad and if I was going to get a campaign manager and nothing, no response ever. They put the bots to work and your streams go up temporarily but then Spotify notifies you of suspicious activity and your streams get reversed. First time for me so I don't I'm in trouble with Spotify yet but they are stealing your money.

I wish i can give this company negative stars. This is a scam! Not only did they steal $60 from me to run a fake Spotify campaign which they used bots and illegal methods, their campaign got my album flagged for suspicious streaming activity and taken down from all DSPs. They have not refunded my money nor will they respond to my emails. This company needs to be investigated and shutdown.

DO NOT USE I requested a refund immediately the same day l ordered the service after reading trust pilot reviews but they did not give me a refund. I ordered the $60 campaign. They went ahead with the order & gave me even less than their $25 campaign that went for 1 day and gave me a spike of 1691 streams. They will not answer my emails or messages on Instagram. See trust pilot reviews. They are nothing but liars & scammers. I have disputed the charges with my bank & will get refunded and hopefully these scammers will be shut down soon. Report them and dispute any charges if they rip you off also... Again l say DO NOT USE....

I just received a notification from my DSP saying Spotify has flagged my account for bot streams from this company. Have tried to contact them multiple times through email and Instagram with no response.

Do not use this service. It advertises itself as a meta-ads campaign driven service, when instead it is using artificial streams to boost plays. Spotify will detect this and remove any such plays from your numbers - which is hugely deflating as you assume they are genuine.
Berryloon are making false claims about their service. Avoid.

I used this service a while ago, and spent over $60 on Spotify song promotion, found them on an online advert.

After a few weeks I had around 6.5k streams, and then a few days later I received an email from Spotify saying that my listens were illegitimate, and they removed them so I was back down to my original 1.5k streams.

They market themselves as legitimate, sending your music out to playlists, but I seriously, seriously doubt this.

What's more - I do actually regularly check my Spotify for artists page, and it would seem that these 'real listeners' would listen all at the exact same time at a random time during the night, and then after a few hours would all stop again.... Yeah... Seems super legit...

I have reached out to them numerous times for a refund and have not been replied to through their own contact methods, total scam, do not waste your money by being scammed by this company.

Scam Alert – Avoid at All Costs!

I paid €60 for what was promised to be a genuine streaming promotion. In reality, they just had their bots stream my content twice with zero engagement or feedback. As soon as I asked for clarification, they blocked my Instagram account — and even blocked accounts of my friends and family who tried to contact them or comment on their posts.

This is clearly a scam operation designed to take your money and silence you if you speak up. Do NOT trust them and report their page if you’ve been affected too.

I’m going to talk about what you’re doing to my community, and with my agent this won’t just be left at that. SCAM

Paid 60.00 two weeks ago, heard nothing, saw nothing - No promotion- ripped me off.

I would not book this service. It's like putting your money into a black box. No updates, no information what they do with your money, no statistics, nothing.

Unreliable service provider. I paid a month ago - nothing happens, emails are not answered or not delivered! Be careful! Looks like scammers!

I paid for music promotion. Weeks later....NOTHING! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
