Good results and great customer service

I really appreciate that an actual human being responsible to emails when there's an issue. In this case, that I didn't receive the form to submit my songs.

I received a response to my ticket within 48 hours and we were able to resolve the issue then and there.

Having had some experience working with imperium before, I know that their playlists really do get traffic.

Does not deliver and not safe

The playlist they put you on, not only get very few streams but come up as “not safe” from bots when checked by submit hubs Spotify scoring checker and playlists checker. Club Restricted Promo who I also used comes up clean and so does Indie Music Academy.

Never received anything from the YouTube or radio promos either.

I was also supposed to receive literature with industry contacts and guides but never received them even after reaching out for help.

Imperium does not deliver and what little results you do get are not safe.

Dishonest cowboy company

Dishonest cowboy company. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I paid for a Gold subscription and I took a screenshot of the advert which says I’d receive 2000 to 4000 monthly streams and ‘consistent growth’. For the last 4 months they under-delivered, delivering around 1700 streams per month. I was constantly in touch with their ‘service team’ who kept telling me they were sorry for not meeting their 2000 stream minimum and they would now prioritise my track and make up for the last few months. This month…2078 streams. That’s 78 above their minimum…which comes nowhere near close to making up to a shortfall of around 1200 across the previous months. I emailed to tell them of the shortfall and they replied “your gold subscription is meant to get 1000-4000 streams per month”. They have literally discussed this and admitted they haven’t delivered the minimum 2000 monthly streams several times, and now they just decided to redefine our agreement!?!? No way! I’ve emailed them 3 times asking them to cancel my subscription, they are yet to reply. DO NOT use these scammers.

Oh Dear

Hello so from seeing the ad for Imperiumnetpromo.com and being promised Huge Spotify Promotion i went ahead and used this company all good at first. We achieved 1300 streams and got placed on a few playlist.
Just checking my Spotify account to find my tracks streams now at678 and has been highlighted for Artificial Streaming. How sad ! Here is the quote from mt Spotify account.

It’s important to clarify that Spotify’s “artificial streaming” notices are generated entirely by Spotify’s own internal monitoring systems. When Spotify removes streams from the public all-time counter, it does not automatically mean that a promotion provider caused the issue. These automated adjustments can be triggered by various factors across an artist profile and are controlled solely by Spotify.
Imperium does not use bots or automated streaming. Our campaigns operate through submissions to independent curators and verified promotional channels, and we apply multiple verification layers when working with playlists to prioritize authenticity and quality.
There are also several external factors that can contribute to automated platform flags, including prior promotional activity on a profile, parallel traffic sources, unknown third-party services, or sudden activity spikes that trigger automated reviews.
