Do NOT order from this company!!!!!! I would give them zero on trustpilot if I could!!!!!This company is a scam and thieves!!!!!! They do not give any refunds at all for returned items, they get you to pay for postage back to China and then give you a credit for their crappy cheap clothes! Everything has been a complete nightmare and I would never recommend anybody ordering anything from these scammers!!!!!!!

Very efficient

The website was easy to get around and the photos are good. Just enough items to view without getting swamped in each category. Descriptions are also informative.

Wanted some sandals with wedge heels for a funeral, advertisement came up on google, never heard of the site b4 but will shop here again, they also have some lovely clothes.

Avoid!!!!!!! Items come from china so if your not happy you have to arrange postage back which is fine but then customs on top so there no point in returning!!!!!!
At first they offered me a store credit, then it was 50% refund on something else!!!!!! Then it was full refund, but it was cost the same as I paid for the dress to return!!!!

I thought this company was based in England due to the website stating Birmingham - it's not!!! The delivery took weeks and when the jacket finally arrived it certainly was not as described. The jacket was advertised as plaid it's the thinnest polyester printed rubbish I've ever seen. Calling this a jacket is an overstatement. It's not worth £5 never mind the £40 I was charged. I am returning this inferior quality top and will never use this site again. It's imported rubbish at its best!!!! They should be charged for misrepresentation!!! It's a con with poor quality clothing!!!

Terrible cheap material for a premium price, no mention that the goods are sent from China ,the website claims that returns are simple and flexible,I find the opposite....it is costing me £25. to return the duster to China. Also why are the positive reviews staying at the top, these were the only ones I read before ordering.

Straightforward purchase. Cant comment on rest

I bought a small item, a t shirt. It took three weeks to arrive. No label, no size,
no receipt, no returns information. Simply stuffed into a plastic bag. The t shirt is 100% polyester, very badly made with a huge unwearable wide neck. The item and delivery cost £28. The company respond to emails with AI sympathy and concern but flatly refuse to refund the item. I have pointed out the various UK regulations relating to online purchases to them but to no avail probably because they are a company registered in Georgia USA and manufactured and shipped from China. They have offered an in store (?) credit note if I return the item to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordering was easy. It said on the website they are UK based but having just read the reviews I can see they are China based and quality of products are not good. Feel I’ve been duped by the false info on their website and can clearly see the trust pilot reviews now that are good, are written by someone who doesn’t use English language as a British person would. I will see what arrives in the 3 weeks (not the few days as stated on their website !!) what company asks for a review straight after you’ve placed your order? Now it won’t let me send this review so I’ve gone directly through Trust Pilot to post my review.

How affecent it was to place my order

This company is not to be trusted. They appear to be a UK company based in Birmingham & use Royal Mail (allegedly.) The reality is that they are not UK based, the delivery took over 3 weeks & in the meantime I couldn’t track where it was. I received a number of emails from ‘Anne’ as I waited & waited, ending in ‘with love!’
When I challenged things I didn't have a personal response but yet another annoying email.
The order looks reasonable but is a bit short in the sleeves & who knows how it will wear. Reading other reviews, I’m not going to attempt a return but have reported this company & am now warning others.
