Ordering was easy. It said on the website they are UK based but having just read the reviews I can see they are China based and quality of products are not good. Feel I’ve been duped by the false info on their website and can clearly see the trust pilot reviews now that are good, are written by someone who doesn’t use English language as a British person would. I will see what arrives in the 3 weeks (not the few days as stated on their website !!) what company asks for a review straight after you’ve placed your order? Now it won’t let me send this review so I’ve gone directly through Trust Pilot to post my review.

How affecent it was to place my order

This company is not to be trusted. They appear to be a UK company based in Birmingham & use Royal Mail (allegedly.) The reality is that they are not UK based, the delivery took over 3 weeks & in the meantime I couldn’t track where it was. I received a number of emails from ‘Anne’ as I waited & waited, ending in ‘with love!’
When I challenged things I didn't have a personal response but yet another annoying email.
The order looks reasonable but is a bit short in the sleeves & who knows how it will wear. Reading other reviews, I’m not going to attempt a return but have reported this company & am now warning others.

Bought a pair of shoes that took 3 weeks to come , and when they came they were literally laughable. Chinas finest. Nothing like the shoes I ordered, not even the same colour. The site states you can return on 30days but apparently I can only have store credit, even though they are not the shoes I orders , wrong colour and some kind of glue on the front.

Beware, MO of this company is to send inferior item and make it difficult to return - i.e. not worth it: avoid.

Trustpilot reviews are a scam!!!!

Ordered shoes on 22 March. 17 days later they still have not arrived. Was told 9 days ago they were on the way. Supposed to be premium shipping.... really disappointed

I am still waiting for my order. It's been about 3 weeks.
Even if the blazer is perfect, I will never recommend.
They need to specify, if it takes 3 weeks and counting to not place the order.

Really cheap and nasty material. Based in China and you have to pay for returns. Returns only give you money to spend on more cheap and nasty stuff.

I am currently in dispute with BerryMere having ordered what was advertised as a knitted cardigan. After 2 weeks what arrived is a cheap nylon fleece with different smaller buttons and a piped lining that has no resemblance to the item advertised and is of a poor fitting. Despite highlighting this to Berrymere they maintain that the product is in line with specification. They will not provide a full refund only a product exchange or store credit. Also I have to return this item to China at my own cost despite Berymete stating they are in Birmingham on their website with a free 30 day return, unbelievable!!

Ordered a white knitted jumper, after weeks and weeks of waiting the order arrived. Was a white nylon type top looking real cheap. I paid £42 PLEASE AVOID this BERRYMERE sight as a SCAM

Scam company,trainers were supposed to be white and gold sent silver and white. Nothing like picture on website,cheap rubbish. Came from China not Birmingham. Can only have credit note not refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
