Can’t arrange refund for damaged and missing items.
They put my items in a box not big enough. The box arrived dumped in the reception of work opened and an item was missing.
I can’t arrange a return because it’s gone to the resolution team. They stated it would take 3 working days. It’s now been nearly 7.
I keep contacting them but they say I need to wait. Keep asking for the same pictures despite me sending them 3 times.
It should not be this hard to arrange a return on damaged items or get your item that is missing!
The customer service team do not listen to you!!!
In overall every item I bought is stunning, though at one dress there is still the security label on it and this is a bit annoying, cause now I have to go to the shop just to remove it....this shouldn't happen when you order clothes online.
