Very prompt arrival on the day, very efficient in construction - left garden in perfect condition - I cannot recommend the product or the company high enough - well done to all at Bespoke Gazebos !

From start to finish, it felt like we were dealing with good people who cared about the service provided.
I now have an excellent (6x3) gazebo, very well constructed and for a decent price. 'Bespoke' is the right word too as they were happy to accommodate any changes we had in mind. The team set off at 3:30am to reach us around 10:45am, and the Gazebo was built before 5pm (weather was good!). Really nice guys too and a pleasure to deal with - they cleared up thoroughly too!

If you need a Gazebo look nowhere else you wont find a better Company in the UK in my opinion! This is my 2nd Gazebo from Bespoke and this one was indeed 'bespoke' a huge 52 square meters made to measure! It is simply amazing! As before the workmanship, professional approach (from start to finish) was unreal and a breath of fresh air. They grafted from start to finish, were polite and respectful to the property and I just cannot recommend this family business enough from initial enquiry to the end result. Thank you!

Carl and Al arrived just before 8am and started work promptly. Two very good workmen who just got on with the job of installing our new 3 metre Gazebo. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished result, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about having a Gazebo installed. Thank you to Bespoke Gazebos.

Absolutely blown away by not only the finished result of our new porch but also by the service from start to finish - The installation was seamless and trouble free, nothing was too much trouble for Richard, Carl, Al and 'Latte'. An absolute dream of a company to work with. So good I am trying to think of where I could put a gazebo in our garden just so they can come back and do some more work. The finished result looks like it was built when the original pub was built.... in 1826. Beautiful work guy's.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I had a new design made by them that they hadnt completed before. They told me it would be completed in 6 days and I was sceptical, however they started and worked hard throughout the build in all manner of bad weather and it was done on time as promised. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending to anyone.

Carl and his team worked like Trojans, even during the worst of weathers. Their work is first class as is your product, they were very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Arrived on time every day usually by 0815 despite a two hour journey each way.
The company from start to completion have been a pleasure to do business with. Will recommend to others.

Great commutation! Any questions I had they answered promptly. Carl and his team let us know they were running late due to traffic on the Motoway. Once arrived started work straight away, very friendly, hard working and left our property clean and tidy.

I don’t often write reviews but for Bespoke Gazebos I needed to make an exception. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result from our “Halica Large” 5.2m x 3.2m part-clad gazebo.
Carl and his team were very friendly and helpful throughout. But what was above and beyond was how Carl helped us out with our concern of how low the cladding should be. This was because my landscaper was due to come back and lay porcelain tiles after the gazebo was constructed which left the dilemma of how much space to leave to allow the tiles to be laid while not leaving a massive gap. This conversation happened the day they were on site to build the whole Gazebo. Carl was very understanding and simply offered without prompting to come back at a later date and finish the cladding so the finish would be a perfect fit with the tiles. I thought this was exceedingly generous since they had to come all the way back from Hampshire to Essex a month later to complete the job.
I can’t recommend Bespoke Gazebos enough.

We spent weeks looking at different websites trying to find what we wanted. Everyone that has seen the gazebo is more than impressed. You would be foolish to go anywhere else.

Absolutely rubbish service I received today, ordered gazebo 3 months ago fully paid in advance, man come and survey my place and recommended me L shaped. Today the man come with gazebo and this gazebo don’t fit right, I still want to build, but the man refused to build, because he is not happy with this, so they taken the gazebo back, about 30 minutes later director call me and ask what happened, I told them exactly what happened. Another 4 hours later received email saying they will refund less money reason is I was rude and behaved very bad with her son, that’s why they taken it back. What a rubbish her son told, I have CCTv everywhere at my property, i want to keep the gazebo, they’re the one who didn’t build is it customers fault? And they cancelled my order not me why they want to keep my money. I have emailed them explain them, if they don’t don’t give full refund then I will go legal route. Everyone I’m not saying they’re bad, all I am saying is fair what they did to me.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff from the office to the garden.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they gave sound advice on the positioning and size of our structure. They were also able to attend a day earlier than planned. Such a refreshing change.

It was such a pleasant experience we are trying to decide if we can fit in another build later on.

Can highly reccomend.

Brilliant, excellent lads did a fine job, good quality, we’re really pleased. We paid price quoted (approx 4.5 thousand pounds) before work began, then we had an email for another payment on day work finished, no invoice. Everyone was lovely but I just felt that I was being chased for a final payment, oh well a lovely job done.
