We’re very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived, and we completely understand how frustrating delays can be.
Your order was dispatched promptly, and according to the latest tracking information, it arrived in Denmark on 28 January and is currently with PostNord undergoing customs processing. Unfortunately, customs clearance times can vary and are outside of our direct control. In some cases, the carrier or customs authority may contact the recipient if any additional information or import fees are required before delivery can proceed.
That said, we have already contacted you directly to resolve this and have offered both a replacement or a full refund to ensure you are not left out of pocket.

The most helpful company
The most helpful company! The courier accidentally took my parcel to Ireland instead of the Netherlands and probably lost the package. Macleod helped me constantly track the package and kept in contact with the courier and me throughout. When we found out the package was somewhere else completely they immediately sent me a new one. I am Very thankful for how incredibly respectful and quick they handled the problem. Absolutely would order here again!

Great service, the gloves arrived early, and thanks to the websites size guidelines, I managed to get the perfect size. They fit perfectly and are comfortable, the leather soft and feel like I have worn them for ages.
Worth the miney with excellent service.
Got my missus a pair as well and she loves them .

Great Customer Service
I was looking for new pair of gloves when I spotted these online. I liked the design and was happy with the info on the website so I ordered a pair that arrived the next day. I wasn’t 100% happy with the fit so I contacted customer service who overnighted me a replacement pair as I was off on a European tour the following day. The second pair were a perfect fit and I wore them every day for the next 1,500 miles during which time they proved very comfortable and gave me great clutch, brake and throttle control. I would happily recommend both the product and the company.
