I found this company online when considering a thicker & firmer replacement mattress for my motorhome & was impressed by all the positive reviews compared to others I had previously considered.
How pleased was I as the item was delivered within the quoted delivery time, well packed & a perfect fit.....
I'm glad I reduced the dimensions by 1cm all round to the item it was replacing as had I not it would have been a very tight fit, so be aware.....
I will give an update re comfort once I have slept on it for a few weeks whilst away but 1st impressions after laying on it are very promising.....

The customer service is absolutely spot on and faultless. We needed the campervan mattress replacing and it is far from being a standard size or shape. After measuring up we had a call from Bespoke to confirm that the measurements were correct. They thought that because of the shape the original measurements didn't quite look right. I remeasured, sent new measurements & a photograph. This was on a Friday. Mattress turned up on Tuesday, fits perfectly, looks great and feels like a product twice the price. Keep up the good work and I will be recommending you to others who ask.

From ordering to delivery the process was simple. Communication is first class. Great service, comfortable mattress which arrived super fast.

i ordered a mattress & thankfully they phoned me and queried my dimensions, i’d offered. which was very decent of them indeed ( the dimensions i’d sent were an adequate mattress for a small cat). my fault entirely but the phone call rectified that. i’m now in middle of france, with a perfect fitting and very comfortable mattress. great customer service and i love my mattress , thank you.

What a refreshing experience. I bought 4 bespoke single mattresses 2 go in a 1920 living van, towed behind a traction engine.

The level of service was exceptional, something I haven’t experienced for a very long time. Not only did they email me at every stage of the process, they also phoned to confirm I had received the emails.

The mattresses were delivered within a week of ordering and were exactly as requested.

Where do i start. The service sales team was at a high standard and were very helpful throughout buying the mattress.They helped me and gave me all the information on the best mattress for me.
When i received the mattress,i was over the moon,it was well protected and packed well.
To sleep on,it was so comfortable, soft and very cosy.

it is refreshing to find, in this age of "Rip Off Britain", a company with excellent customer service. We needed a new mattress for our caravan, we looked on the internet and came across Bespoke4youmattress. The process was simple. Communication is first class. Orderd a matress from theses guys kept me informed throughout manufacture of the matress the rang me said it was ready earlier then expected for earlier delivery. The matress is absolutely perfect as it's not average shape could not be happier with the service provided and the matress itself thank you very much indeed.

Fantastic experience and superb customer service. I enquired about a replacement mattress for a camper van, I thought the mattress was an odd shape having a corner cut off, but it was a normality to them. I was sent an email explaining how to measure it and after sending the measurements in I received a phone call to check them all again. Once the sizes were assured I was told it would be cut next day. I then received a further call to tell me the mattress had been cut, packaged and was out for delivery. It arrived within a few days and was a perfect fit! I received another call to see if we were happy with the mattress. Amazing service, friendly and competitively priced a real find!

Very helpful and really comfortable mattress. Service was brilliant, ordered and made to specification and delivered in 1 week. Tried our first night out in van and slept like a log. Would highly recommend.
