I have been impressed with the service I received from beginning to end. Clear and easy to understand communication, bespoke sized mattress is true to size and appears good quality, fast turnaround and fuss free delivery.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Despite making a slight hash of the measurements they somehow made sense of it and the mattress we received was absolutely perfect. Could not fault them at all and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bespoke mattress. Special thanks to Camille (hope I’ve spelt her name correctly) who rang after I placed the order to try and make sense of it and again after it was delivered. First class all the way.

Really pleased with the service and quality here. The mattress I ordered was a bespoke size for a handmade bed and fitted perfectly. Well made and extremely good value for a pocket sprung mattress. Customer service was great and communicated throughout process.

Very good company to deal with
Their website was easy to navigate and I placed my order for a shaped mattress on Sunday night. I received a call 9am on Monday checking a couple of measurements, and was given a despatch date of 8 days, and next day delivery which I received on time. Mattress was perfect fit, and good quality. I would highly recommend this company.

No waking to sore joints!
Customer service has been wonderful, follow up calls and deliver along with emails all the way through the process has been friendly and professional. Mattress is PERFECT. Had our first night on it last night, hardly turned over at all. Super comfy! We went the Orthopaedic option with memory foam topper. Heavenly, like sleeping on a cloud, and hubby DIDN'T snore! BONUS!!!

Amazing service and I love my mattress
Amazing service and I love my mattress. I had contact all the way through the process, either with the customer service team or Martin who made my mattress. I had my mattress delivered 1 week after I ordered it, very happy and it fits perfectly! I haven’t slept on it yet as I’m still converting my campervan but have every confidence it will be lovely!

Major Value for money
Cannot fault the customer service from this company. Order was placed on Saturday night and from 9am on Monday morning to delivery at 1pm on Friday we received 5 telephone calls and several emails which explained the process at every step and even after delivery we received a courtesy call at 5pm to see if everything was satisfactory which it was.
we are extremely pleased with the product and service received from Martin and the crew.

Wow what a service, from order Martin has stayed in touch, its been less that 24 hours and a bespoke mattress is being made, dispatched and delivered in less than 48 hours!!
