Paid a deposit of £3000 to smooth talking rep.Cancelled the next day. They sent a refund cheque which they immediately cancelled. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKES DON'T DEALBWITH THIS COMPANY OF ROGUE TRADERS

steven anthony elis is the bigest conman on this earth,he takes your money and then goes into hiding.he as been on watchdog and it is proven that ho coned many old age people out of thousands of pounds and then attempted to close down bespoke bathing and he as yet another company awaiting to rip people off

Sadly the company and staff are just leaches upon society who prey upon those less fortunate. Like a good deal of people we have a court order of damages which is unpaid as they liquidated the firm.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as these individuals should not be allowed to get away with this.

I complained about various things that had to be put right. No reply to phone calls or letters or emails. They even asked me to take off my complaint off trustpilot in exchange for another year’s guarantee which I reported to Standard Trading.
They are exploiting their customers as well as their workers as I know having had various conversations with my Greek workman who was great.

Should pay the people how you have ripped off and the law to put you in prison for what you have done you scum bag

I have left several reviews with regards to these conmen TJ the manager. It was only a matter of time before people realised how vile this company are. You are deceitful, untrustworthy, and take vulnerable peoples money without any conscience. Total scammers & criminals.
Took £7000 off my disabled son, even taking us to a debt collecting agency because we held £1000 back because of your shoddy work. Keeping parts that we have paid for, leaving a wet room that is unfinished and leaks. Even went to the extent of trying to get my reviews removed. That didn’t work because I verified with trust pilot sharing paperwork with them showing what you have done to us.
Still to this day we struggle using other tradesman because of the experience with you lot. I feel for all those other people that have been scammed by this company. As I said in one of my reviews it was only a matter of time before you got found out. Let’s hope you lot have gone for good and do not even dare to trade again as another company conning vulnerable people out of their money, taking advantage of their situation. Shame on you !

These horrible people have conned my elderly grandad out of over £8000!!!
They have taken money upfront in two huge payments and not performed any work. They did not turn up when promised and have now become totally untraceable. All phone numbers are out of service & no reply on email.

We have found three addresses for this man also. Please do not pay this man any money!!

It is funny that this company is allowed to come on to trust pilot, flag the reviews to have them removed and attempt to protect their reputation yet they have still not replied to myself, my grandad or any of their other victims.

The same business has closed and opened several businesses in an attempt to escape those that they have conned. Moving addresses. As Jane has said in another review please contact on Facebook, we must all come together.

I was reading some of the other reviews and decided to write about my experience the first date they gave me in November 23 was cancelled at the last minute had to wait until after Christmas to give me another date in late February but the person who finally turned up a week late because he was tied up on another job most days he was late never came before 10:30 sometimes 12:30 and always finished by 5 and only worked 4 days a week sometimes never turned up at all although.y experience isn't quite as bad as the other reviews at least I have a bathroom which is usable even though it took him a month to finish but a few days after he departed the toilet seat broke and then my next door neighbour told me we had a leek that was going onto her property and because I couldn't get in touch with this company have had to get my local plumber in to have a look and it's going to cost me more money to put it right he's made a lot of mistakes with the outside plumbing heaven knows how much this will cost me would not recommend them to my worst enemy

After weeks of trying contact this Company about a large deposit, paid on 12 Feb 2024, for promised work on our bathroom, we have been informed that the Company has been dissolved and has ceased trading. The Company acting on their behalf is: DNA Business Consultants Ltd. It should be noted that the Company has not actually been liquidated and there is an assurance that provided it has been paid for, outstanding work will be carried out by a 'third party'. This is likely to consist of the very same people who ran the original Company into the ground. Be warned and check carefully.

I have been waiting 6 months for the installation of a walk-in-shower from this company, order place September 2023, they have delivered part of the order which i could only have if i paid the second payment which was on the 6 February 2024, which I might ad were verick to bank. I have heard nothing from them since. Have been unable to contact anyone at the company, communication by the company between them and myself happened less than a handful of times during this period and that's only because I kept ringing. I rang last week, one of over 40 calls since September 2023,my son and daughter also tried to contact the company, to discover that the lines are no longer in service. Very suspicious at this point. £6,075.00 this company have had out of me and job not even been started so keep well away. This company are a con/scam. A good company would operate in a much more professional manner towards its customers. Last week i received a call from a supposedly ex employee - a fitter, who says he was given my details, even tho the company has supposedly shut down, assuming this as no contact possible. Call received in the evening, which makes you feel you are being harrassed and causes suspicion, explaning that the manager was a con man, man of many faces and pretends to be other people. BEWARE EVEN THOUGH YOU MIGHT THINK THIS MAN IS GENUINE HE COULD BE THE CONMAN POSING AS A FITTER AND THIS COULD BE A CONTINUATION OF THE SCAM, that he was owed a large amount of money from Bespoke for wages and expenses, would I like him to do the job for me - NO. He had an australian sounding accent and will tell you all stories to convince you he is a good guy, he could be, but not likely, saying he needs work is needing work. Also this man will want paying on top of what you have already lost to the company. At this stage I have become suspicious of everyone. A friend of this fitter has supposed to have done some detective work, that he would lay low for a while then pop up somewhere else after several months and start all over again taking peoples money and not completing the work for months if at all. Pass the word around, I would not want anyone to fall into this situation. Advice, do what all of us should do and that is to thoroughly checkout companies thoroughly and their reviews, not just trust because they cater for the old and immobile customer. Go local, on recommendations from people you know, research the company, get proof of the standard of work and never pay anything upfront. If contract states payment before work is completed or started avoid and do not agree to anything, go else where. I learn't the hard way and put too much trust in these people, which is exactly what they want.

My parents have been ripped off in a walk in shower location to the tune of £3,000. My dad is in agony and was coerced into signing on the day to get £800 off the full quote. He's 86, and these people are praying on the elderly and defrauding them. The police have been notified.

If there are other people this has happened to, it would also be worth reporting it and asking your police service to coordinate with other forces involved.

A family member has been defrauded over £5k for a bathroom that was agreed with an original installation date in August 2023. Since then multiple dates for installation have been promised with a 'no show' on every occasion, not so much as a phone call from this company.

We have been trying to contact Bespoke via email and phone numerous phone calls , it says they're open but phones have been disconnected . That lot have been scamming people out of their money and pressure sold .. Well we were promised 1,000 off if we signed the day the man came to Quote for a bath out and shower replaced ? Leaving a lot of damage and a leaking toilet ? Seems there's a new company been registered ? on Company's house

See if you reply to This Bespoke as your Number has been disconnected and no one has tried to contact us about the mess you left behind after numerous emails and phone calls ? You request an Edit through Trust pilot but we can't get hold of you ? Or anyone to talk to directly? Treat your customers with respect ! You take our money and don't finish the job ? Disgraceful. We just want what we were promised and paid for then will see about changing the reviews .

It's seem this company really does not care for the vulnerable and disabled, with little to no updates of my installation, being changed time and time again. Since September 2023 I made payment of £4075 and was told installation will be carried out November 2023, than December 2023, and now February 26th 2024. Have called the office number many many time with no answer. So had to email them only to be told by the sale administrator, that someone will be in touch, non of your team have contacted me with any updates and now it seem as if your avoiding me via phone calls and emails. Also I requested for images to be sent to me from the estimator, regarding the Toilet and basin witch I never received. Only after I had some contact via email that you sent me 1 image of each after 5 months of waiting and in your email you stated your have placed this order, if this is true where is it, as I have received nothing from you.

We had a lovely walk in shower fitted for my ageing mother by this company the fitters were great done everything they said they would do and more very professional and polite would highly recommend thankyou team .

Excellent workmen. Very cheerful and polite. Explained everything in detail. Made sure everything was clear and tidy. As I broke my arm after the frist day the men started work, they were checking on me,making sure I was ok. They went the extra mile and vacuum the whole of my hallway outside the bathroom.
