I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of a beautiful front door. On meeting John for the initial estimate, I knew we had chosen the right company to do the job. His calm, professional manner put me at ease, as a new front door is expensive, but so worth it! The factory paint job was wonderful and Robert and James who fixed the door, Abdi who painted and cleaned it and the surround and Johnathan who sorted the lock, all took great pride in their work and were tidy and polite - true, brilliant craftsmen! The attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish is what first comes to mind with Bespoke Front Door. The initial lengthly telecon is for a purpose, it is to establish the customer’s needs and wants, so it’s helpful (but not essential) if you have a rough idea of what you desire as there are a plethora of options to choose from. Doug, Claudio, Robertas all have a wealth of experience in bespoke hard word ‘fixtures’ and doors so a sound knowledge to their catalogue of products and choices coupled with it, the door furniture and subscription to the finest security options is exemplary.

We needed to replace our century-old front door and fanlight but wanted to retain its leaded glass and overall character. The team at Bespoke Front Door did a superb job and we couldn't be happier with the result. Excellent service throughout. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

We are super happy with our new front door with sidelights and wooden bifold patio doors. Doug from the office was responsive and helpful from day one and their surveyors/installers (Abde, Thomas, Rob, and Jonathan) took great care with painting, adjusting and fitting to ensure the doors were just right. I recently had a front door (with an electric door release) and stone step installed by Doug and his team. It was a tricky project - rot, crumbling brickwork under the door, nothing at right angles, old wires, freezing temperatures and 5 freeholders changing their minds.

Throughout the whole process, Doug and his team were patient, gave great recommendations and were transparent with costs. They delivered a brilliantly installed and finished product which compliments the victorian style converted house. The attention to customer service is further evidenced when Doug called personally to check that we were fully satisfied with the product, even after we signed off.

Highly recommend. From the outset John was one of the few that did not try to upsell - he was honest and answered all of my questions. Doug was patient and incredibly helpful finalising the design and organising the fitting. The fitters and the decorator were polite, tidy, and they all clearly are proud of what they do. The door itself is beautiful, really good quality. We couldn't be happier.
