Bargain Prices, Excellent Service

Submitted a quotation for a £100 device, received an offer the next day with 20% discount, paid straight away, received the item after two days. Moreover, two weeks after, as a thank you they sent me a £10 M&S voucher. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommended.

Worst customer service - avoid

Ordered a spirit burner through beat my price and received it in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition. Contacted the merchant right away and received no response. I then contacted beat my price and have been exchanging emails with customer service for a month now and have yet to receive a return address/refund. Constant delay tactics and failure to deal with the problem - customer service don't even bother spelling my name correctly. Worst online shopping experience ever.

26 days to get the item I ordered

I submitted a beat my Price request and I got an offer which was 20 pounds less for a 200£ Tablet. Looked to be a good deal so I bought. The item was delivered after a week and the worst part was it was a wrong item. Took another week to get the return label and then posted it back the very nest day. It took 5 days to reach and then finally I was sent another item. I got it on 26th day after my money was taken. And what more could be worse when you get a French edition with a European pin when I ordered a UK edition. Didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it to them, so just accepted and started using it.

Will never ever buy with them. Strongly recommend against anyone thinking to do so.

Beware!

Offered me a deal on a phone vs Amazon (strangely, didn't compare vs the cheapest amazon seller, instead picked a more expensive one).

Still, offered about £20 off a £300 phone.

Took my money then 24hrs later sent me an email to say they'd cancelled the order - no explanation but "don't worry, your refund will be with you within three working days".

As it's a Friday, I assume I'll get my money back in the best part of a week, then I can look for a reliable online retailer.

Beware!

Very misleading beat my price

My wife has a barclaycard and so I found out about the beat my price and bespoke offers. I found a site a large uk site selling electronics, and found an iPad i wanted (i wanted two). I copied the link and pasted it into the beat my price box and it came up 'we don't accept this website'. The link was:
eglobalcentral website (a large electronics supply company)

I checked and couldn't understand what was wrong and so called them.

I have just been told that it openly works if you copy links from 'CERTAIN RETAILERS' that bespoke have accounts with. It does not say this anywhere and I feel its very time wasting and conned me into giving my details to sign up.

I am pondering whether trading standards should be aware?

There seems to be a trend emerging here!

I tried the bespoke offers 'Beat my Price' service. Within 24 hours they offered me a better price, but after 48 hours the item hadn't been despatched. I queried this with bespoke offers (who claim they want to offer a service 'second to none') and was told online that I would have to wait a week to see if anything actually turned up before I could raise a query, or I could ring them to complain instead! So I rang and was again told wait a week! Today I get an email simply saying that my order has been cancelled (no reason given) and that I will get my money back in 3 days time!!! Joke.

Don't bother with this one - I'm shortly to walk to the shop and buy the fountain pen that I need rather than relying on this company or any of their suppliers.

Update: they did try to resolve the matter after I posted on Facebook, but they had some technical issues. Eventually after a further 24 hours a further offer was received but the price was now higher. I ultimately opted to purchase direct from an Amazon Company with excellent feedback scores.

joke of a company who want the money but not deliver the goods

i order a few vouchers through bespoke offers and one i ordered was a amazon voucher,all went fine but then used the code on amazon who say the code has been already used.i notify bespoke and then they say that they need proof and escalate the case in which i did so almost a week later no reply only money gone from acount.

do not trust this company as far as you can throw.

got a voucher from them on 3rd december used straight a way and is now the 19th and order is still not dispatched.

worst site I've used in the last decade. Do not trust them.

I signed up, selected an offer, entered my payment details, entered my passcode on the verified by visa site, they accepted the order, I could see my voucher in a pending status, then it looks like they deleted/canceled the order without ANY explanation at all. I'm not sure what they have done with my card details, or who they will end up with...
