We are incredibly happy with the stunning roof Marcus built for us – it completely transformed our project. We came across The Bespoke Orangery while searching for Origin bifold doors and were impressed to find that they offered the best price by far. What started as a search for doors turned into something much more valuable.

Just before winter, our project had come to a standstill and we were feeling stuck – until we had the greatest stroke of luck meeting Marcus. He came to measure the opening for our doors and, after seeing the rest of the project, kindly offered to help us get it completed before the cold season set in.

Marcus came up with a genius solution to a complex issue we couldn’t figure out ourselves – the height of the roof – and thanks to his idea, the whole project came together beautifully. Even the building inspector was impressed with the quality and finish of his work.

Throughout the process, our property was respected, the workmanship was of the highest standard, and pricing was completely transparent – no hidden costs, just fair and competitive rates.

Marcus is not only a brilliant builder but also a top man – trustworthy, efficient, and clearly passionate about what he does. We ordered Origin Bifold doors and a new kitchen window from this company. Both have developed faults, the bifold door locking mechanism doesn't work correctly and this is posing a security hazard. It looks like this is an alignment issue with the fitting rather than the lock itself. The window catches at the bottom when it opens. We have made repeated attempts to contact Bespoke Orangery about this but they are not responding. Now looking to the small claims court to help with this matter.

Marcus is very knowledgable and friendly and he took his time with the installation of the windows. Highly recommend and also trustworthy!

I had an orangery extension completed in July/August 2021 and I cannot recommend this company enough. From the outset, Marcus was approachable and friendly and presented a project plan, which was completely adhered to by all parties.
If there were any issues or delays, Frankie and his team would fix straightaway with no pushback. They really cared about the level of work they achieved.
All workmen who came on site were friendly and tidy. Frankie and Marcus always stayed in touch throughout to check on progress.

We are thrilled with our stunning orangery. It blends beautifully with our existing house and the hard wood windows, lantern and bifold doors are superb. No other company we spoke to could offer such a high quality product in wood to match our sash windows. Thank you guys.

Our project manager – Frankie – managed the whole build and liaised directly with every single person involved - including sub contractors and kitchen designers. His attention to detail, project management skills and customer service is faultless.

The professional service delivered by every single member of the team is astonishing – they are always on time, undertake the tasks professionally, with care and attention – and always tidy up before they leave!

Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to all of our requirements and ideas to create this fantastic one of a kind space! The finish on all of the features is of excellent quality.

Our new orangery has just been completed and we absolutely love it. Right from the beginning everyone was really good. We received a schedule and apart from a few bouts of torrential rain everything went to plan. Everyone turned up when they were expected and they were all really polite and friendly. They did an amazing job and left everything clean and tidy. We are absolutely thrilled and would have no hesitation in recommending them. If you are thinking of an orangery then look no further these are definitely the people to go to.

Fabulous company, fabulous staff, a joy to work with.

We moved to our new house in the summer of 2019. We contacted the bespoke orangery and spoke to Marcus. He responded quickly and provided us with a detailed quote for two bedrooms and a bathroom. The quote set out all of the works with a clear time frame. We were offered good advice by Marcus at this stage.
They carried out the work exactly as quoted and they kept us fully involved throughout the process. Marcus also carried out extra works efficiently and without fuss.
The build team were excellent throughout. They used quality materials and they explained each stage of the project. Marcus and his team were focused on quality and that we were happy with the design and construction. The finished build is of excellent standard throughput. We would recommend Marcus and his team without hesitation. When you employ a build team you want to feel they are knowledgeable and honest. We moved onto our build in the November 2019, just as the build team promised. We would recommend Marcus as he not compromise on the quality of finish, keeps to deadlines and he friendly and honest throughout.

Absolutely fantastic! Great company to deal with from start to finish. Their attention to detail is perfect, they were a pleasure to have around while the building work was going on. We love our orangery and would highly recommend Bespoke Orangeries Limited.

We had a rear kitchen extension done last year and we got Bespoke Orangery to do the roof and roof lantern. Marcus and his team did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. They were so professional from quote to completion - I would highly recommend.
