Recently I received my fourth shipment from Besque, however it was incomplete missing one item!! I contacted customer service. Jeckany was most helpful and ordered my missing item and I should receive it any day now. I love the products and it nice to also have a top rate customer service, Jeckany could not have been more helpful!!

I was scammed by a fraudulent company so make sure you are on Besque’s official website before ordering. I contacted Besque to let them know what happened. They were so apologetic about what happened. Katrina was the best. They will be investigating the situation and they offered a discount for my next order which I immediately took advantage of. I absolutely love their Magic Oil. Thank you Besque for your awesome customer service and thank you Katrina for your immediate assistance!

Customer Service
I sent emails on the 16th, 19th and 20th with no response. The second shipment I received was the scented when I requested non scented. They offered a $20 discount which I asked to be applied to my next shipment. They never took the credit off. When I look at my account online it says I have no orders. I requested to cancel future orders with no response. The oil is good but I am 66 and there is no miracle treatment for my skin. It’s expensive too.

This is my second order from Besque...love the magic body oil. On my second order - the scent was not agreeing with me...emailed Customer Service and they offered to send me the unscented version at a much discounted price which was very much appreciated. Lorena in Customer Service was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly!

In my original shipment, one of the bottles had leaked. But as soon as I found, Sarah Joy, she figured it out and sent me a replacement lickety split. She was great!

Great company to deal with!
This company is so obliging, particularly Lorena, who has been dealing with a little issue I had with one bottle of magic oil. She took great pains to make sure I was completely happy with the outcome and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both their products and customer service. I will continue to be a regular customer!!!
I ordered the scented body oil
I ordered the scented body oil, I didn't like the way it smelled so I went into my account and changed my subscription to the unscented and changed the shipping to be mailed out in 4 weeks. They sent it out immediately and charged me for it. I called them to cancel my subscriptions and she said I have to email them to do that. I have sent them multiple emails and messages on their website saying I want to cancel and they haven't responded. I've had to cancel my debit card so they can't charge me again. Seems like pretty sketchy business practices all the way around, I would steer clear of this business.

Outstanding customer service
One of my recent regular orders of Besque was damaged by the delivery company who sent me an email to say I wouldn’t get my order as they had damaged it. I contacted Besque Customer Service and the lovely Jem responded within 16 hours and organised a replacement straight away. Jem was so professional, friendly and has kept in touch daily throughout the process to ensure I get my Besque product. Faultless customer service which pretty much goes hand in hand with their amazing products 🌟
