I have been using besque body oil for…

I have been using besque body oil for six months now and love everything about it from the smell to how it makes my skin feel. I am starting to notice my skin feeling and looking brighter and more toned. Can highly recommend trying it. It isn’t cheap, but a little goes a long way! So I feel good value for money.

This product is great

This product is great, and this is the second time i order 3 bottles. This time my order was lost in transit and customer service, Gabrielle, immediately arranged for a replacement. Having Gabrielle made everything so easy, as I love the product, and was concerned about the delay.

One good customer service rep -- more needed!

Besque customer service initially disappointed me very much because I contacted them by phone and got them to agree to pause my subscription -- and then I got another order right away. I wrote to Besque via that "Contact" email address, and got no response. When I finally used the VIP email address, I received a nice response from Anne agreeing to pause the subscription for me and apologizing to me for the mixup and delay. Anne was great. Besque could use more Annes.

Top Notch Customer Service!

New to Besque but right off the bat the customer service went above and beyond. My auto fill for shipping put in a wrong address and Sarah took care of my order, communicated with me through the whole process until delivery. Now I’m excited to try the product! Thank you Sarah and Besque!

Bad product and horrible customer service

This product does not work and they do not honor their refund as promised. DO NOT BUY!!!
stay away - the product is a sham and the company just gives a runaround in regard to your refund. They neverey explained you have used it for 60 days and then give you 7 days. I began asking for a return on day 22 and then day 32 and then day 50 then asked, when I was back from a vacation on day 69. Just past their 67 window. They never explained their policy in any response, they simply wrote to keep using. Despite my repeated requests they refused. I also called and was promised a refund.

Great product & service

Great product, awesome service by Besque. I've gotten so used to being disappointed with products, but Besque seems to be the real deal. Also, the times I've had a question or, more recently, needed help with the timing of my auto shipment, they could not have been more responsive or helpful.

Menopause and Weight Loss

I have been using Besque Magic for about a year now. I am in menopause and in the process of weight loss. It keeps my skin hydrated and I have actually noticed tightening from where is loose skin is. I also love their facial oil.

Exceptional Customer Service

I had a really great experience with Besque. Jeckany kept me in the loop the entire time, sending updates throughout the ordering process so I always knew what was going on. They were super friendly, professional, and quick to respond anytime I had a question.
And the product itself is amazing—I'm really happy with it! Overall, everything just felt easy and smooth. I’d definitely order from Besque again and highly recommend them.

I ordered the scented body oil and immediately after hitting send got an ad for unscented. I quickly ordered the unscented and sent email to cancel scented order. It took several days ,however, Gabriella resolved the issue and I am thrilled with the product!

I have been using Besque magic oil for 2 years! I will not go back to using chemicals on my skin which is soft supple and radiant using besque oil! Friends have asked me what I use and are now using besque too!
