Trying unsuccessfully to get a refund for a support session. Being sent round in circles by everyone at customer services. No transparent system of refund. Shocking for such a large international outfit.

Numbers tapped on keyboard did not show on screen. Long telephone discussion regarding keyboard, hardware or software problem. No conclusion. I solved the problem by putting new batteries in the wireless keyboard. The telephone operative did not suggest that.

Hello is kaan bagli i rate this best2serve hp company a 5 star because i but in for hp pack care 3 years warrenty extend for my hp envy 6132e printer, its so to keep my printer last longer for many years as possible, the hp care pack is a lot better then normal factory warrenty so i do recommeded the best2serve company a 5 star rating. thank you

The real issue was that the PC was asking for a BitLocker Recovery Key. But the PC was not configured to use BitLocker.
It turns out that the key is used to assure the integrity of Secure Boot.
BUT the agent did not explain this.
I eventually resolved the problem myseif,
Firstly, Best2 Serve alerted me to the need to complete registering my wonderful fairly new HP computer. Once I began to deal with the outstanding registration, the process was straightforward through to completion. I did not have to seek technical guidance.
Both Doha and Aya were very patient and helpful in resolving my problem with my hp printer. The printer is now working successfully.
Very seamless once I had contacted the company to arrange collection but I didn’t hear from them after payment to arrange collection until I contacted them via telephone
Very poor experience, did not solve the issue. Operator tried hard but was juggling too many calls. No interest from HP when I complained

I contacted HP in regards to a HP Envy laptop of which one of the hinges snapped and cracked the screen. After doing research online it appears that a large amount of this exact laptop experience the same fault. HP collected my laptop and concluded that this was a customer damage and were unable to support further. Ive been promised a free of charge repair however HP returned the broken laptop and have stopped all correspondence with myself.

The warranty start date was incorrect as was the extended HP Care Pack for my laptop. I noted this in the feedback facility in the automatic notification when I purchased the extended warranty, this had no effect. I phoned the number provided by the HP Care Pack confirmation, was told that the number was for printers. Was put through to another number that was for commercial customers. Eventually was put in contact with the correct person who was able to rectify the situation efficiently. The process took much longer than was necessary; wrong numbers, waiting for calls to be answered and explaining three times.

The laptop repair was perfect (well almost, they didn't put the screws back in the bottom of the laptop for some reason) but what wasn't good was the fact that it took two weeks and five phone calls to get to the right person to book the laptop in for pickup. Whilst I grant it was over the Christmas period, I was told that someone would call me back several times only for no phone call to come and I had to chase the next business day only to be told a similar thing. The result was that it took a month from the day I paid to the day I got it back repaired.

Upon advice by HP assistance I asked and paid € 24.99
to Best2Serve as I was promised assistance with my HP Smart Tank printer within 24 hours. All I have got ever since 28 hours is a mail by GUUS who invited me to consult his invoice. (Believe it or not!) But never ever any sign from a technician to help me and succeed that connectionbetween my HP computer to my HP printer Smart Tank Plus 555. Please cancel my order and insure payback without delay.

I've used HP Support Packs before and found them so helpful that on buying a new laptop I immediately set a new one up. As expected it was reasonably priced and really easy to do.

I was about to query it with my bank when I realised what it related to having done a Google Earth search on EMEA BREDA NLD.
