Terrible I paid for the service call and still had to buy a new printer. The voucher given was useless as I got the same money off from the new supplier. Don’t always buy hp printers and never with a 1 year warranty only. Always use insist on 3,years. Hp products are not built to last at all. Warning beware.

I had a problem with my HP Envy 6032 printer refusing to print from the laptop. I was signed up for Instant Ink which entitles me to free help (I discovered) but not knowing this I paid £21.49 for help from Best2Serve, who responded that as my printer was almost 4 yrs old they could not provide the service. So I endure much waiting on the telephone and being transferred to the right dept. etc Finally I speak to Mazen who eventually agrees that I should be refunded but then sends me a message to phone them back again WITHOUT providing the right number to phone. In spite of all that I have had to buy a new printer because no-one could persuade my old printer to print despite a factory reset. This was me trying to deal with all my Christmas cards and Christmas letter. Super stressful.

Everything explained to me
I have a HP Smart Tank 7305 printer which I bought new on 02/10/2023. A few weeks ago the printer stopped working with an E3 error code. I consulted your Virtual Assistant and went through the recommended procedure for a carriage jam. There was nothing jamming the carriage. I restarted the printer as advised and then did a reset. The printer was still not working so on 18/11/2024 I paid you £21.49 for a one-off call to an HP Technician. I did not find this call satisfactory as the line technician merely went through the process that I had undertaken with your Virtual Assistant and then told me I would need to buy another printer. I consider this poor service and asked her to escalate the call to a supervisor. After some time she told me she had escalated the case and I would hear from you by email within 5 working days. It is now over 10 days and I have heard nothing.
Rubbish. Really disappointed that HP have outsourced their support. Made a payment and contacted this company and then spent 45 minutes with the staff member trying to understand what was wrong. They logged it 4 times incorrectly, not even understanding the issue (which wasn’t difficult to understand) then wanted me to have a video call and video the screen but I had to suggest remote access might be more suitable and expected way for them to ‘fix’. Then they spent ages flicking through, back and forth, running scans and then cancelling them before they even finished, really didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. After the call the error reoccurred multiple times so I set to work to fix it myself. They were due to call me back after the weekend, I sent multiple emails yet they didn’t ring back. Thankfully I followed suggestions I found off of goggle and managed to fix the issue myself. Don’t waste your money or your time. For this reason I won’t be buying another HP as the aftercare is non existent.

Purchased a HP Carepack for my HP Envy 7920e all in one printer recently and I believe Best2serve handled that very quickly and with high professionalism.
Absolutely horrible service. My laptop was meant to be repaired in 6-10 business days but took way longer (I still haven't received it as of writing this review). I was even told the repair would take an extra 6 months! How do they expect me to work without my laptop for 6 months! Atrocious service, they don't even have a phone number to call and you have to use email which is slow and you receive unsatisfactory responses from their employees.
Immediate support for HP notebook issue. Friendly and professional agent was able to determine problem effectively.
I Am not impress that my last HP All in One computer only lasted 44 months. Before a major repairs were required costing over £500.

My recent experience was well worth the fee I paid as the warranty had expired on my printer. All the staff I spoke with very helpful and patient.
Once referred to the tech team again very kind, considerate and patient with me to resolve my printer issue and I cannot thanks them enough!
It gives access to comprehensively maintain the 'housekeeping' of the PC that's HP specific. It's reassuring knowing that your
HP PC is getting looked after and you do not have to completely rely on the Windows support and updates that are generic.
First of all, contacting HP to report anything, including faulty equipment, is a nightmare. You can't telephone or email and the WhatsApp seems to be manned by one person handling dozens of calls. So, typically 10-15 minutes between each question and response.
Then, having spent several hours reporting a fault, you will be sent a quote with an eye-watering cost.
However, from then on all very efficient.

Pretty easy to get my extended warranty for my printer. Not had to use it as of yet though.
I had HP Printer issues and tried to get support - no chance without paying upfront ~£21 with the result, that the technical expert had no clue and was using only all the exact questions Inhaber seen in all the forums. No chance to buy spare parts but they kindly offered to just buy a new one with an unspecified discount! 😂
My M283 had cost £400 25 months ago and is not repairable in Uk!
So I haven’t made any progress in getting my problem solved - just wasted another few pounds.
With forum help, AliExpress sourced spare parts for ~£80 it‘s working again perfectly fine!

Wasted an hour of my time and £21 to speak to a technician who told me my HP printer model no longer supported so unable to help. I was advised to find local repair centre to investigate printer failure. I requested refund of the £21 charge and this was refused.
How many other people have same experience? It appears to be sharp practice providing a bonus revenue stream!!

No communication, impossible to get hold of a person unless you wait 30 mins on the phone. Even send a review request when I have no idea when I will get my laptop back after paying £400 for a repair. Not the service you expect from HP.
