Amazing Customer Service
Excellent product at a very competitive price and their customer service is amazing. My product arrived with a damaged box and requesting a replacement box as it was a Christmas present they sent one the following day by courier. Also rang me to advise despatch. This is what we need during these troubled times. Suppliers who really make the difference. Thanks

Haven’t opened the box yet
Haven’t opened the box yet, a Christmas present for my grandson. The parcel was delivered within the time mentioned.
One thing I would suggest, that the packaging used could be more substantial, luckily my box was intact but more by luck than judgement.

Never got the headset I ordered
Never got the headset I ordered, called and was advised maybe it was out of stock. Well I should have been informed before some random headset was posted to me. Looked online and headset is still available, given an email to make a complaint and 5 days later still no response.
