Amazing vape store. Amazing staff
Visited the new store in Hinckley town centre yesterday and was very impressed. Was greeted so very warmly and welcomingly buy the three guys behind the counter. Such a genuine welcome and professional too. I am relatively new to vaping so the help and guidance was appreciated. There was such a fantastic rapport between the staff, and the larger guy had me in stitches. Was needed after a tough day.
So to wrap this up in a nutshell. An amazing company, with amazing staff giving 100% service. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else now! See you again very soon & thank you so much

Jay at the Burbage store was amazing!
Jay at the Burbage store was really helping in discussing the benefits of the pieces of kit and different flavours/ strengths of the liquids. He even went as far as to help set up my new kit and clean & change the coil in my old vape. Deffo recommend for the customer serve alone! Will 1000% be going back.
