Been a customer with these guys for a long time.
Always appreciate that the juice is fresh mixed and takes a couple of days.
I have been let down in the past with missing nicotine shots and juice replaced as the one I have ordered became out of stock. (£10 to take a gamble on something you may not like).
There was a time when delivery was taking a while, so I started to use someone else.
Then I saw a post on facebook advertising next day delivery. I ordered early Wednesday morning and my juice finally arrived the following Tuesday.
Now on the website it says 1-2 days mixing time and Hermes next day take priority and Sat-Sun delivery.
I paid £4.99.
I sent them a email to ask for a refund on the postage on Friday 20th as I feel it's a bit of a con advertising next day delivery.
Still haven't heard anything back.
My order is fine and the juice is lovely as always but I can order from my other guys on a Friday and get my order on a Saturday!
I don't mind waiting but advertising next day and not fulfilling that and then not replying to emails (which is mentioned a lot on here and Facebook page), doesn't really do you guys any favours, when you do produce some awesome juice! Sigh..

Ordered one month ago and (almost) nothing happened.
Order placed 27/7 and confirmed soon after. Then no sign of life for 3 weeks even after several mails form my side.
17/8 finally being told that the order has been processed but was sent to another address. Also being told that it is sent again but this doesn't show on the tracking app from Hermes.
It is now almost a month and I an still writing mails and get no answers.
I think I don't need to state that I am still waiting for my order after almost one month.

This seller is knowingly selling goods out of date
Placed my order on 24/7 with royal mail second class option. After a week I emailed in to the sales team to check on things. Today the items arrived, 12/8 - 18mg shots of nicotine. Unfortunately, they are not the same branding and packaging as the ones on the website, and the Use By Date on them is 27/11/2019

Very customer-oriented company, I like their attitude. Always available to help. I had recently issues with a package, which was lost during shipping and they re-sent it to me with no additional charges. I had tried till now only 3 liquids from their vast selection and I can say that they're excellent. Highly recommended!

First purchase..
Ok this was my first order from BCL and so far so good- prices/choice/discount codes/freebies/quick dispatch, next is trying the goods! Might take a little time before i get to that point to allow the juice to steep, but hopefully they will be as good as everything else!

Andy and his team go that extra mile to make sure the products are to the standard we expect and even when issues beyond there control happen they always go above and beyond to get the job done and for the discount codes and the extras added to orders I have never seen companies do this to the extent they do. Its a winner for me.

Used to be great, now very poor
I have been a customer of this company for many years and always been really pleased with them. Delivery was fast and you could ring up and speak to a lady called Lesley who was extremely helpful. Recent order is entirely different. I have been waiting for two weeks, have emailed and asked on Facebook (with order number) and had no response whatsoever. Bitterly disappointed, and so should they be for probably losing a previously loyal customer.

Still waiting for an order for 2 weeks :/
Placed an order on the 26th of may, today the 11th of June still waiting and I am in London.
I entered the wrong postcode on the order, they take three days to process orders, I sent an email alerting them and changed the address on my account.
No acknowledgment of the order, fast forward I chased last week and they replied asking me to give them the address again, I emailed instantly and guess what still no order.
It's unfortunate as they have been recommended to me by three good friends, by vaping forums and YouTube channels.
I was really looking forward to this and have been on their site numerous times looking at what to order next, but this experience doesn't give me much confidence sadly.
Update after contacting via Facebook group,I have been informed it's been returned to sender, this could of all been avoided.
Such a shame as they seem like an ok outifit with a great product, I wil happily amend this review to a positive one, if they can make up for this.

Placed an order in January and after 10 weeks nothing has arrived. Emailed customer support on a number of occasions and they simply don’t bother to reply, so that’s £30 down the drain. I won’t shop here again, there’s other, better places, to spend my money where I actually get what I paid for.
