Quantity over Quality

I first stumbled across BCL after watching NET Vapers Reviews on YouTube whilst searching for a decent NET tobacco e-liquid, I put my first order in with BCL back in May 2020 on the strength of NET Vapers reviews on there products, at first great no problems and i enjoyed the Net Liquids and so continued to use BCL for mostly NET tobacco e-liquids and also "The King" which is a peach custard which is actually really good, i buy the concentrate and mix it myself, I have spent over £335 with BCL since May 2020, I have placed 12 orders in total with them and i have up until my last order always left good honest feedback for them which has always showed in there reviews but not my last review! However upon my last order the Aged Burley i had received from them unfortunately was not right, so i contacted them before leaving a review on there website, unfortunately i still havn't had a reply, in the meantime i left feedback which is not showing but apparently is being reviewed and i assume its being reviewed by them and this is why its not showing, the review i left on there website for the last order of aged burley i received from them was: "Unfortuantely i bought three 100ml bottles of the Aged Burley as a repeat order and on the strength that the first time i had tried this net tobacco it was really good, don’t know what was up with this order but a very muted flavour, very pale, even tried steeping it for over 2 weeks, cant even describe the flavour other than like an old ashtray, did contact Best Cig but never got a response!"
So heres the thing, after no response, my review being pulled i decided to check out Trust Pilot and see if anyone else has been having similar problems and it seems as though i'm not the only one! I have since found an alternative NET Tobacco Vendor who makes and produces the NET Tobaccos themselves and i am Very happy with there NET Tobaccos and service, so sorry BCL you won't be getting my business anymore, it seems you have put quantity over quality and your customer after sales service is Grim, Non existant!

That was just the sort of reply i was expecting, at least i was disapointed there then! Amazing couldn't find my email apparently, but obviously got the email from trust pilot, and took less than an hour to reply to this review on Trust Pilot, Lock down has nothing to do with people venting as you so kindly put it, people only vent when they have reason to, as to you saying i could have at least left you one positive feedback for all of my previous orders, i have left nothing but good feedback for BCL and would have continued to do so if it was deserving, only this one is not to your taste, sorry for hitting a raw nerve but i won't give credit where it's not due, you have to earn it! As to Facebook, i do not use Facebook, neither do i use instagram or any other social media, Trust Pilot is far more trusted than Facebook for honest reviews thank you! Whilst i appreciate that you say batches can differ, well maybe slightly but not like yours, secondly i have been vaping since 2015 and i certainly know when my coil needs changing whether it be a stock coil or an rta build and rewick including any other tanks and devices i use, i,m glad you think your customer service is fantastic, so nothing to worry about there then is there!

Well blow me, Lockdown must be having a crazy effect on some people this last few weeks, no need to take it out on a business Trust Pilot, if you need to vent please go to our Facebook group.
With all the orders you have had in the past, you could have at least left one POSITVE review.

I have just searched through our E-mails and we cant find your E-mail at all in regards to The 'Aged Burley'. This is a very popular 100% NET Tobacco with rave reviews and still are receiving rave reviews.

Batches can differ, the Tobacco we use can differ from batch to batch and the Burley had been steeping for over 8 months before being filtered. Why this could taste like 'ash tray' could be down to a whole number of things including your device, coils, steep time, ratio and so on.

Our customer service is fantastic and we have a great team here answering lots of different vaping related questions.

We are very sorry we are losing your custom and moving onto better things.

Update: We are not going to get into a debate on Trustpilot, this could have been easily have been sorted out and left a two star review when something goes wrong.
Yes, we get TP alerts direct to our other email account hence why we replied.
Emails get dealt with on a daily basis but still your email is not here, if it bounced back you would have had the failed delivery email.

The last time I buy from BCL.

As a long-standing BCL customer, I'm used to long delivery times (my last order took 8 days before it was even dispatched) 
but this order contained liquid whose flavour bore no resemblance to the liquid I've received in the past. This has happenedbefore and my emails to BCL regarding this remain ignored and unanswered. What sort of company totally ignores itscustomers when they have a problem?Rather than throwing even more e-liquid (and money) down the drain, I'll shop elsewhere.
Regarding the reply to my review; the 8 days I mention refers not to delivery but dispatch. In other words, 8 days between my receiving an email saying my order was dispatched and Royal Mail actually receiving it.
However, the real issue is the utter inconsistency of your e-liquid flavours.

Hello Ross, we are very sorry we have not answered emails in the past few days, we have had an email receiving issue and this is now being resolved.
8 days delivery is pretty good this time due to all the restrictions placed in many areas due to covid, you should know very well. (lets hope the vape shops open soon).
We shall go though emails and see where your emails are and respond accordingly.

Update: Once you receive our shipped email, this is currently with Royal Mail sorting and its up to them when they scan and start moving packets.
We ship out over 300 customer orders per day. Our E-liquids are not stacked and shelved but mixed FRESH due to all the different the variations we have on offer.
As for the 'utter inconsistency' of our flavours, please go and check out our many E-liquid reviews on youtube also please also take a very good look at our hundreds of customer reviews on the BCL website from hundreds of returning customers.
Its a very hard time for everyone due to whats going on in the UK currently, so out of the 13 orders you have brought from us you leave a 1 star negative when something goes wrong. You have just recently brought from us which you have received today any chance of a 5 star on that?

I placed an order at 7/1/2021 now more than 10 days my order not shipped.
I sent emails to them and no respond.
They said the delay from royal mail, but What I know after you created the label you will get the tracking number automatically.
Beware of this company

Great company

Great company, top quality products at very reasonable prices and first class service. The juice often needs a reasonable amount of steeping time but this goes to show that the juice is made fresh. Anytime I have had an issue (usually at the fault of the Postal service and not bestcigliquid) they have been most helpful. Keep up the good work!

Although I have had issues in the past…

Although I have had issues in the past with delivery, this is my go to eliquid supplier .I have tried most so called boutique brands and was never overly impressed ,I've gone from subohming back to mouth to lung , and I feel this company caters for this style better than most.bonfire custard is a stonking vape and I always have 500mls of the stuff steeping ,recently I ordered shattered also excellent ,and choc mint tobbaco nice flavour but found this to really dry the mouth? Quality liquids at a great price. The only vendor I will use now.

Great online site.

Excellent e liquids with tons of choices. A helpful facebook page aswell. They offer advice and reply quickly. Great value for money, whats not to like. Would highly recommend.

How long is delivery going on?

I have ordered 3 or 4 times and each time the delivery takes 4 to 5 working days to arrive even with 1st class post paid for, all my other vendors arrive the next day if ordered early enough the previous day. The NET tobacco flavours are recommended, the fruit and sweet flavours all taste of chemicals until now except “Shattered” which is rather good

Hello Busby, thank you for the 3 stars. Its very testing times isn't it currently. I think if it wasn't for vape shops still being open i think many people would crack up and go back to smoking.
In regards to our shipping times, many items are shipped the next day and at most 3 days depending on the complexity of the order itself, this is stated on the website. To receive items the very next day, you would have to use a next day shipping option which we do have in the form of DPD. Even then you may receive your order a day later, nothing is guaranteed.
We highly recommend you order your liquids sooner.
All our e-liquids are mixed and produced fresh which means they will all need to be steeped, shaken and left to mature for as long as you need to. Our liquids are not stacked and shelved like many vendors due to the huge amount of options we give the vaper.

PG/VG way off the ratio..

After making my own e liquid for around 6 years now I thought I would try this company due to its large selection. The flavors were good but they definitely have the PG/VG ratio all wrong. I orderd 50/50 and when the short fill 100ml bottles arrived I could see they were low viscosity (watery). So I added only 2mg VG nic and after steeping the e juice for a month I had to bin them all as they were so high on the PG side I was having to drink pints and pints of water because I was drying up to due to the high PG content. The ratio must have been 70 PG 30 VG not 50/50. How could a company trading so long get a mix so bad? My advice to Bestcigliquid is to sack your mixers. A total waste of £49 never again.

Our E-liquid mixers are professionally trained and very rarely do we have any mistakes, but as we all know, mistakes can happen and we are no way perfect. As stated above, an email to us or a message on our Facebook group would have sorted out the situation.

Bought some Lemon Sherbet Fruit E-liquid Easy Mix (Tangy, Lemon, Sherbet) form them and I also won a prize on the benny vapes show and I chose parmavoilets and there both week and taste like nothing on the description all I get is a sour tang and o no the parmavoilets is a cheap imitation I have to agree with all the other bad reviews on here the customer service is shocking to none and I had to chase up the free juice and it took 2 weeks after I chased it up via posting on the show that this company sponsors. but yet the one I bought order #15416 arrived within 3 days...UPDATE I’d like to state I never bombed the chat with requests I ASKED once after 2 Weeks non delivery (3shows later( so unfortunately what you say is lies to and to put a bad light on my review I don’t think I was unreasonable to ask after such non delivery time

Hello Harry and thank you for the review. Competition wins are shipped by us when we have a spare few hrs as customer orders are always shipped first. Bombarding the live shows host with messages is not the way to go, this is a free bottle of liquid please bare that in mind. Its was also stated in the show that we are very short staffed due to corona virus so also bare that in mind.
All our e liquids are mixed fresh so they will all need a little steeping when received as stated on our website.
As with the other Negative reviews, a few negative ones out of a hundreds is not that bad seeing that we ship over 1000 bottles a week not including concentrate and samples.
As for our customer service, if your talking about going through a third party for your free liquid that's not our customer service.

Incapable Tinpot Outfit

Their liquids are hit and miss imitations of popular best selling liquids. I am currently out of pocket with this tin pot outfit, due to their inability to send out goods that a customer has clearly paid for. In future I will stick to ELFC.
UPDATE: Firstly Id like to thank you for your snowflake response, Secondly Id like to thank you ignoring the emails that I DID Send and last but not least Id like to thank Paypal for Refunding my money + costs. (Ignore the lies below)

Hello Lee Jeffrey what a lovely review. As you can see from our customer base we don't usually have issues with our E-liquids. We are a 'mix fresh' business so all of the e-liquids will need steeping. If you want to vape them right away go right ahead. I would also would like to know what 'products' you are missing as i cant see any emails from you stating you are missing any whatsoever. Was it a nozzle?
Some of our flavours are imitations of some of the best flavours around, hence why you have previously purchased from BCL for the quality, price and service.
Also, we are not a 'Tin Pot' outfit we are actually a LTD company with a huge customer base and are recognized on many vape groups and vape shows. Before you leave anymore negative reviews, contact the company first and see if the issue cant be sorted out because 99% of the time they can. Have a great day.

What can I say

What can I say? Make a comment on their FB page and they react in minutes. Questions(however stupid), opinions, pics whatever. Best of all though are the actual products. I only ever vape tobacco flavours. Always used to use cheap stuff or occasionally treat myself in town to some very expensive but not notable as it turned out stuff. Came across this lot only last year and bought some stuff that it turned out needed mixing and or steeping. Being older and a novice I had no idea what to do but they talked me through it on FB. Brilliant! Before Christmas I bought some Cohibia flavour from them and was literally blown away. Best vape and closest to the real thing I had come across. Finally managed to get some more from them as it was so popular just last week, but also tried their French Pipe. That's even better still!
Good pricing, usually quick delivery and personal help if you need it. What more could you ask?

I can only apologise. The postage costs shortfall of your order is very strange as all despatched orders are collected and automatically scanned and weighed by Royal mail, priced accordingly, tracked and sent direct. Did you inform us of this postage shortfall? We would certainly have reimbursed you fully and compensated you for your trouble if we had known and be very eager to know how this happened so it could be investigated so that it does not occur again.
As for out of stock flavours, this does happen unfortunately as some particular flavours sell out very quickly due to popularity especially if there is a promotion or discount. Like NOW! Again, I can only apologise. We do try our best and work very hard to maintain quality with affordable prices for our many customers. As we have been trading over eight years now, we must be doing something right.

Update; After a lot of searching and homework , Turtlepudding was found through a gaming fraternity from 2017. The web is a dead giveaway sometimes especially when used on other vape sites. Now that I know your name Daniel, could you let me know which of the orders you had that Royal mail had overcharged you so that I can reimburse you please as it was free shipping.? Your last order was in July, 2019, 36064 . I have received no emails from you at all from that date .
