Poor quality bad customer service
I asked to deep clean our house (that was relatively clean) and to clean our windows.
The house was not clean at all. They didnt even open drawers or cupboards in the kitchen nor wardrobes. Didnt vacuum under rugs or wash the floor. The mirrors in the house were not cleaned at all. Nor showers.
When I complained they gave me 5% and then another 5% which I didnt care for I just wanted to have a clean house. They didnt offer to come and fix it only when I suggested it.
Terrible customer support as they think this is ok and demand to pay the full price with a laughing 10% discount. I paid for deep cleaning and I doubt they did any work inside the house. Maybe just tiding.
Too expensive and very very poor quality of work. I had to hire another company. I don’t recommend to use them.
The only nice thing I would say is that they cleaned the window shutters nice.
