In December 2022 I ordered and received 3 Heat Pals.
The product didn't do what it said it would do.
I send the product back, no refund, no reply from customer support.
I had several times contact with the chat and they promised me to answer.
Helas.
Don't deal with this company
Bought a HeatPal at the end of 2022 for £49.99, plugged it in, didn't work!
Asked for refund, told to send it back but to....Latvia, Who pays, me I guess!

No help at all....be warned!
Last October, having read how wonderful these were I paid nearly £100 for two HeatPals. Unfortunately the plug doesn't conform with a UK socket where the large pin is at the top.
In order to plug it in it has to be turned upside down which means the weight of the HeatPal causes the heater to fall away from the socket on the wall which I feel is a hazard. I wanted to return them for a refund but although they did email me back in December I was just offered 'another plug' which didn't apply to the problem at all. My last emails to them were in January and no response from them.

Bought 4 heaters at a cost of £192. They were just rubbish plastic boxes and the plugs didn’t fit. No safety requirements either. Was given an address in Latvia to return them. They came from China originally. I sent them back in December and they refused to accept the package from the post person. It’s sitting at the Latvian PO, and they have no intention of ever refunding me. They are scammers. Do not buy from them. They use similar online names ending in .co, .net and so on. Beware.
