I purchased Vigortrix Male Enhancement in September. After a month of use, nothing happened except getting nauseated. I contacted them after 30 days to get my money back and I was well within their 60 day return and refund policy. For 10 weeks now, I have been fighting to get my money back. Their policy states that no questions will be asked but yet, I had to fill out a refund form asking me questions. They said someone from their refund department would get back to me quickly. No one did. They made me fill out the form a second time and same reaction. Then I had to fill it out again for a third time and still no response from them. They actually had the nerve to ask me to fill out the form a fourth time. I have been emailing them for 10 weeks and all I get is someone will get back to you. I have called multiple times and all customer service says is that someone will get back to me within 48 hours and that they have put an escalation on the account, multiple escalations and no one has gotten back to me from the refund department. One customer service agent said that they tried calling 2 times a couple of weeks ago but that the calls did not go through. I checked my phone and the times they said that they called and there is nothing on my phone that shows that they made 2 calls to me on that day. Another agent said that a call was made at 5:55 pm on the next day and that call does show up on my phone as a missed call but they did not leave a message. I have been fighting with them since the middle of October to get my money back and they will not do it. So my suggestion to anyone that wants to buy this product, don't do it because they will not honor their refund policy if the product does not work for you! They owe me $332.99. This company is not honoring their refund policy and doing everything they can to ignore my emails and calls. A dishonest company in my view.
