I had a bit of trouble trying to reach someone to actually book tours and then I had to cancel one and again couldn’t reach anyone, and I just didn’t feel like there was any kind of service. The tours we did do were great tours but I wouldn’t recommend booking through best of Hawaii. Sorry guys for just very poor service.

Great company to have put our trust in, they arranged our tours perfectly.

Within about 10 minutes of booking through bestof-hawaii, I received a phone call from a representative who recommending a different event that was cheaper and included more of the features that I was looking for. We ended up saving money, participating in a better events, and even coincidentally got a free upgrade! I was absolutely thrilled at the customer service and quality of this site!

Had a really good experience with the purchase of tours to Kualoa Ranch. Highly recommend the site to purchase tickets and the tour itself was awesome!

We booked a family cruise in Hawaii through best of Hawaii. They did not screen us properly so we had to cancel, and they never issued our $1,800 refund. Buyers beware.

Response: if you read the response below calling US “negligent” for having to know that someone with a pacemaker could not go on a dinner cruise? That says it all. Pathetic.

By the way it took 6 weeks before I had to dispute my credit card after they told me it would take 10-14 days for my refund. Don’t make me post the texts with your employee’s apologies...
