I have ordered my t-shirt and a pair of stockings in july if not june. In september there is the message saying that the pair of stockings isn't available so it will be delivered in the beginning of october.

Beginning of october ... no news, no communication, I have to spend my time texting the company as they well got my 80 euros, but I still got nothing after 4 month .... after all I ask to send me at least the t-shirt that I have ordered earlier. So I receive the part of my order and guess what ... it's not what I've ordered! I write yet another email and there is no answer for 2 weeks while it's written they answer 4 days after. I swear businesses like that should not exist, it's just scandalous

Extremely disappointing experience. Customer service stopped replying after several weeks, even though they initially promised to investigate the issue with the shipment. The order never arrived, and communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. It’s unacceptable for a company representing major artists to handle customers this way. Avoid until they fix their logistics and support.
