I waited almost a year before I completed the review, because I wanted to evaluate the quality and durability of the cabinets. BOC worked with us on finalizing our cabinet selection and solidifying our design and suggested several changes that we liked. We ordered the RTA Berlin Dark Cherry cabinets and installed them ourselves. We had few damaged cabinets (due to delivery) and BOC sent us several replacements as needed. Throughout the whole process they were great. Now almost a year after we installed the cabinets and put a nice granite countertops, I am still giddy every time I enter my kitchen. It was the best decision we could have made. It was not only several times cheaper than any similar cabinets from the big stores, but my kitchen looks amazing. I have recommended BOC to all my friends considering remodeling their kitchens. Thank you for a great product and wonderful customer service (we worked with Anthony).

I wouldn't recommend these cabinets to anyone. They are poor quality. I had several issues with the cabinets and they customer service was polite, but useless. None of the issues were resolved. If I had know about this store, I would never have purchased from them.

My experience with this online cabinet company was SUPERB!
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an all wood cabinet option. The personnel were professional courteous and knowledgeable.
Answered my questions precisely, made my order easy and uncomplicated.
Shipping is always a challenge with cross country transit. All Items damaged during shipping were replaced at no additional costs, with proper documentation and photos of damage as the company requested. My personal opinion is Best Online Cabinets knocked it out of the ballpark!!

Great customer service. The cabinets are top notch. Only issue was that One of the skins arrived with a scratch on it and one of the cabinet doors had a small hairline crack but otherwise all in good condition.

High quality cabinets that are easily assembled.

Shipping was prompt and customer service is very good. Any damaged or missing parts were quickly replaced. Instructions for the KD cabinets are not so good. Knowledge seems to vary a bit from person to person based on my experience. In my case I purchased the Euro style and had questions in regards to hardware adjustments and toe kick installation.
