After a thorough review of your account, we found that a subscription was initiated and later canceled. As outlined in our terms of service, our trial period offers limited access and automatically transitions to a full membership if not canceled within the trial period. An email notification was sent at the time of registration to clarify this procedure.

Your satisfaction remains our priority and In recognition of your concerns, we are prepared to offer you a full refund of your membership fees which we believe is the best solution to ensure your satisfaction . To help us properly document and close your case in our system, We kindly ask customers to update or remove their review . This helps us ensure that completed cases are marked accurately and that feedbacks also reflects the final outcome.

"IMPORTANT: Please note that this is not intended to silence your experience. This step simply helps us provide confirmation to our Payment Department that the issue has been fully addressed so the refund can be processed smoothly.
Once your review has been removed or updated, we will promptly finalize the refund. Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank’s processing speed.
If for any reason the refund does not appear within that timeframe, you are absolutely free to rewrite or re-rate your review.

They keep emailing me to delete my review in exchange for a refund. I told them I would only delete it after I received the refund. They then sent me an email claiming they refunded me $10.28 USD, but that's not true since the card linked to them is already canceled, and the transaction didn’t go through. They’re trying to deceive me. Beware!

Is a SCAM.

They will withdraw you money without knowing, in your card. The term and conditions are hided. Worse policy.

Scammers, avoid at all costs. Advertising a product that they never deliver under a false identity, then they sign you up to a membership that you cannot cancel.

I signed up for delivery of a Dove package, paid £1.69 for delivery next thing £43 and £7 taken on my credit card! The customer service says id ticked T & C!

Fraud case raised! They also have a sister company! Forever joy.com who did the same.
