kapot verstuurd

We hadden een transparante hardcase gekocht voor de switch, maar deze kwam kapot aan. Deze was ook kapot verzonden, want het pakketje waar het in kwam mankeerde niks. Hierdoor zitten er scheuren in de beschermhoes en sluit het niet meer goed aan op het toestel. We hebben hierover contact opgenomen en we kregen ons geld terug. Verder werden we niet geholpen, we kwamen er achteraf pas achter dat dit product was uitverkocht. Jammer, want had graag een nieuwe gekregen.

Een schokband besteld

Een schokband besteld. Kreeg ik een e-mail dat ik ineens me geld terug kreeg ze geven geen reden waarom en ook heb ik me geld nooit terug gehad KOOP HIER DUS NIKS!!!!
