I searched everywhere for an engine for my 2001 Chevy Tracker. I contacted Best Used Auto Parts and they were able to locate a low mileage engine at a very reasonable price. Shipping was cheap and arrived quickly. Installed the engine and runs great. Got my classic Tracker back on the road. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hard to find parts. We ordered an engine from best use auto parts. Customer service was very polite and helpful. They were great with updating us about the shipping of the part by email as well as phone calls just to let us know what stage of the process it was in. It did take I think about three weeks to get it or so, but this was understandable being that this was such a large part. We had the engine shipped straight to the shop where we were having the car worked on. Our mechanic had no problem with the delivery. The mechanic also remarked on how clean the engine was. He got the engine installed in. The car has been running great for about a couple of weeks now without any issues.Overall I feel like we had a really good experience with this company, and I would feel comfortable ordering another part from them in the future. Suzanne Smith was our main contact person throughout this process and she was very polite and helpful.

+ok, it's been over 90 days. Bestuseauto has not supplied me with a 5.9 cummins engine that is usable. It took 90 days to send me a replacement engine. This one has severe damage.
No flywheel, no turbo, heavily damaged oil pan, engine wire harness plugs smashed,oil Dipstick damaged. They told me it was shipping damage.(not a chance! )
Now,Present-time. They say that they have another truck with about 80,000miles . They want ME to return the second engine on my dime. $1400.00 Then reimburse me.. like that will happen... April 8th. They sent me pictures of a replacement for the dam

Best Used Auto Part is horrible. They sent us a bad part then won’t to charge me to trash it. I paid $2100 in good Faith they kept $250 dollars of my money only giving me back 1850. I’ve contacted capital one to retrieve the money back that is still owed to me. I have reported them to the Attorney General in the state of Florida. The Attorney General in Washington state the Better Business Bureau and the fair trade commission the fair trade commission is the ones who told me to contact the credit card department. I guess my next step will be with an attorney. I was told by them they had big attorneys and I wasn’t gonna win, but how do you take money from retired veterans is beyond me my husband is a disabled Vietnam air veteran. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not deal with these people. They have no respect for Americans much less veterans who have served this country.

The website was pretty straight forward and easy to use. Got the privilege of meeting Sofia who was in charge of giving all the shipping info. Motor arrived when the shipping instructions said it would. She did great and answered all my questions. I will be using this site again.
