I would actually give ZERO or Worst but you have to select something to proceed with review. This company is based out of China although it states on the website California (misrepresentation). I wasn't aware of this until after I paid (09/11) via PayPal & receipt has partially in China. I paid for Expedite shipping (3-4 days). 09/16 I called US number on website- it's always busy, meaning it's no good & sent email to inquire about delivery status. The email response (09/18) "First of all,....be patient...", another confirmation I wasn't dealing with a US based company as projected on the website. Bottom Line: They could not provide me with tracking info as repeatedly requested (09/16-09/18) - most definitely not going to provide a refund (as requested). So submitted a claim via PayPal (09/19 - nonreceipt of order, unable to provide shipping info, misrepresentation). The company sent PayPal (09/28) & me tracking that show: leaving China (09/28) in route. I'm waiting for PayPal to refund my money - I have the Protection Plan. I don't want the order that's suppose to be on it's way (09/28) being shipped from China - COVID19 is a serious concern. 18 days later Nothing. I placed several orders since 09/11 from US based companies and have received my orders. I try to only deal with US because outside of such the US has no jurisdiction if something goes wrong, as in the case with bestwigs.com. Again I'm relying on PayPal to complete their investigation and refund me my money, otherwise I will have lost my money.

It so mess up that they are doing this and they don't want get my money back like that sad that y'all doing this it really dumb y'all can go jail for doing that to people do not buy nothing off that lie a×× website

Buyer Beware! I ordered 4 wigs from this site. If you bought 2 you get 1 free or half off was the promo. To make a long story short I got my order all of them looked the same but looks nothing like the pictures. All were human hair. Final bill $65. Tried to return they want me to pay basically what I paid for the wigs in shipping. I am still dealing with paypal now trying to put an end to their scam. The site said they operated out of L.A., California. Not true either but rather China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD! 5 wigs I can do nothing with and swindled out of $65. Scam, scam, fraud, scam!!!!

I have sent numerous emails regarding my order. My confirms order and what I received is wrong. I received three of the same wigs and one of the wigs when I took it out the package looks as if it is ready to fall apart. I will be going to our attorney general consumer decisions to seek help from them this was and still is a horrible buying experience that they avoiding a response to me.

Horrible. Definitely a SCAM. I didn't receive any of the wigs I ordered,which were all short 8-12 inch, curly wigs. All of the wigs I received were 18 inch straight wigs that didn't even resemble the wigs I purchased. Do not spend your money here.

I thought I'd try these out because I had a customer say that she ordered from them in the past (I own a wig shop out of my home). With the price, I knew that the wigs would probably be total crap, but wanted to make sure, as I am not going to recommend to my customers if I do not believe in the quality. Little did I know just how crappy they really were.
First, I ordered human hair, 360 lace. I did not receive human hair at all. They were very cheap synthetic that is almost as cheap than a Halloween costume wig. None of them (ordered 4) were lace at all.
Second, extremely poor quality. "Hair" was falling out all over the place. Stitching was almost nonexistent.
Third, I did not receive any of the wigs that I actually ordered. Not the colors, not the style. In fact, one of them was supposed to be a pixie, but all of them were approximately 18-20 inches. The colors were horrendous! Crayons would be about the only thing to match those colors perfectly.

If you want quality, do better research. Go to a local wig store, or contact a consultant/shop to help you find the right wig.

For BestWigs "customer service"...No I will not be wasting any more money to return to you and no I do not want to order anything else.

TOTAL SCAMMMM. I cussed them tf out for what they did. This fake ass company knows what their doing which is scamming people. I was beyond pissed. I waited a long ass time and was excited at that just to order 3 wigs that had been NOTHING like the picture. It was NOT a lace wig..it was something you would throw on to go to church or the grocery store. The stitching was horrible, their were small chunks of pieces cut from the wig. 2 out of 3 of the wigs were the same...one was straight and one was curly. Just cheap ass hair. They are fraud asf and their scamming people. And when I cussed them out about false advertising they gave me some bull. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY...THEY AINT SHI!

Final bill $109. Tried to call the phone no. provided by the site; it was disconnected. Tried to email the company; hoax & bogus email address or domain. I paid per paypal. They even had a fake paypal site connected to their site. This site is very sophistocated and looks legite.The site said they operated out of L.A., California. Not true either but rather China.
