Too bad I cannot give them a zero rating, or a negative rating. I bought a pair of their glasses. Complete junk. Useless. I contacted them and they did everything they could to try to get me to keep them. They offered a small discount. If they were free, they would be overpriced. They said I needed to send them back to get my refund. I took them to the post office and had to pay about $7 to mail them. A month later, they came back, with the package unopened, with a note from the post office that the company refused delivery.
When I bought the glasses, they signed me up for their "club" for a crazy high monthly price to get a 50% discount on everything on their website. They had almost nothing for sale. It was the most stupid thing I ever saw. I never signed up for it, but they signed me up anyway.

Received glasses. Quality was not great. These are reader glasses. I was then charged a membership fee I did not subscribe to. Do not do business with this company.

The company handled my cancellation of monthly subscription fees. When I had trouble cancelling due to not having my order number I placed an email and a customer representative forwarded my request to another department that took care of cancelling the subscription fees. Both replies were quick and professional. This company had my interests first to resolve the problem. Thank you. SNorris

RIP OFF- Glasses were not right- Besyner sent me a mailing label to return them- my package was returned as they were "refused by addressee" as per USPS label .....then was told I would get a refund in 5-10 days-never got it- then 2- $25.00 charges on my account- miniscule print was included for "membership"
SHOULD BE ILLEGAL I am revising my review to a three star rather that my initial 1- the company did refund my money- It is too bad it was so laborious to have them do the right thing

I fell for it. Thought the glasses would work wonderfully so I paid $51 on March 10, 2026. They’re terrible they don’t really work like they advertise and there’s scratches all over them and I take care of them. Today, April 6, 2026, they charged me $21 for a pair I never ordered. When I was ordering the first pair, they kept trying, more than once, to get me to buy another pair for a discounted cost. I denied all of that and just got one pair, which is all I wanted and glad that’s all I paid for. I would return them, but I have an idea that would be a huge ordeal.

I ordered an item and then reviewing it decided it wasn’t what
i wanted and tried to cancel (as my Amazon allows) but no such option here. Sent an email to customer service but no response. Also noted an unwanted membership subscription was added.
When received I requested to return the unopened package as well as cancellation of unordered membership.
Was allowed full refund of all after explaining my issues. Anna was very helpful and reversed all transactions promptly. Other than the lack of an immediate order cancel option I was very pleased with there service people.

Fraud = taken 2 payments from my card and have tried to take a third. However, I have managed to stop them and have frozen my card to prevent further attemps. Have reported to Bank and Police.

The OptiReader glasses were delivered quickly. Packaging was adequate to protect the products. Unfortunately, the glasses didn't work for me. I contact customer service by email and requested a refund. I was given several options for the refund. Ultimately I was given a full refund without any issues. I found the customer service to be excellent. I will be reviewing the other products available from Besyner and would order from them again with confidence.

I had a very bad experience with this company and want to warn other customers.
I ordered a pair of OptiReaders Pro for $79.98 (discounted to $50.98), but instead I received a cheap pair of glasses worth only $0.99. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.
I contacted them and requested a return. I had to pay $20 out of my own pocket for UPS shipping to send the item back. The tracking clearly shows that they received the return, but it has now been over a month and I still have not received my refund.
I have tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they have not resolved the issue. This feels very dishonest and unprofessional.
I strongly advise other customers to be very careful before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, you may not receive what you paid for, and getting a refund can be extremely difficult.

When I asked to return the glasses because they did not work they offered me a 15% return on my $136 investment. When I didn't accept this offer the runaround began you have to go to the post office you have to have a receipt you have to send us a picture you have to do this you have to do that and months later you still don't have any kind of refund.

I Stupidly got taken for a ride and didn't think about checking out these people before I ordered a pair of glasses which turned out to be a TOTAL WASTE> No matter what they say the GLASSES DON'T WORK and never will, they are plain glass.! After a lot of hassle I've got a 20% REFUND
I wanted a full refund but to get that I would have to send the glasses back. Not sure where to but previous messages say that delivery of returned glasses have been declined at the address given. I thought it better to get something back rather than paying out more carriage charges. My advice would be to leave these people alone. Always check sellers out before buying anything.

Received glasses in good time unfortunately they DO NOT darken in sunlight. The purported transition of the lenses is not as described in fact they look like plain glass with no distortion whatsoever when moved up and down over printed words. Mine were sent from China( need I say more?) . Trying to get a refund but having no sucess to date. The reality is my cheapo supermarket readers are 100% better. From my experience they are a waste of money don't waste yours.

I am having to pay £29.95 subscription fee which l cancelled when ordering my glasses. The glasses are unsuitable since l have had a cataract operation. How do l get my money back and also cancel this subscription fee?
I received a bank statement which showed that £29.95 had been deducted from my account. I cancelled the VIP subscription when first ordering the glasses. I am unable to see in the distance through the lenses because as stated above l have had the cataract removed in my right eye. I am having the left eye. Cataract seen to on the 22 April.
I have no address for Besyner so could not return the glasses. The number quoted on my bank statement is NV-BESYNER CD 9618. I paid £39.99 for the glasses.

I boughta pair of these eyeglasses back in February. I thought they were overpriced, rather heavy and not very comfortable. What was most disconcerting was a charge to my CC recently for $29.95. When I enquired about it I was told it was for a subscription. WHAT? I was not aware of a continuous monthly subscription plan. I have not heard back from Beysner when I wrote to complain about it.
I did hear back from the company and they did reimburse me for the subscription charge and promised that I will not be charged anymore moving forward. One positive about the company. They will respond in time to complaints.
