My name is David, I purchased a pair of glasses. Paid £39-99. I paid for them on 10th march. Received them 17th March. They are rubbish for me. Now they have taken a further £29-95.I am double charged. My bank has paid this.

I payed 2 pairs of glasses on o2/03/2006 you charge @ £39-99
Also 1 pair of glasses charge @£29-99.
You have also taken a nother amount of £29-95 out of my account Saturday last,28/03/2026 .Would refund this last amount , vack to my account please,

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

i saw an advert on google newa section for multifocalspectacles and having bad sight i tought id give it a try.i agreed to but 1 pair and entered my details then tried to go to checkout . i found several pages trying to force me to buy more items the link to go to checkout was very derogatory but i clicked to go to checkout,it took several attempts but i checked out .i then recieved confirmation and found i had bought 2 pairs and also surreptisiously entered thier vip club at 28.99 a month so i immediatly sent an email cancelling everything.i then found they took £59.98 in total i contacted them asking for a refund .....15 days latter i still havnt recieved a refund..they glassess arived and were not varifocal ones they were just reading glassess DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

“Membership” hidden in the small print so my elderly father inadvertently signed up after ordering a pair of reading glasses (which incidentally were next to useless!)
Had to cancel the card and still trying to contact Besyner to cancel this

Complete SCAMMERS-Buyer BEWARE

I started to place an order for reading glasses on this site and they confirmed the order before ever asking for the magnification strength. So I immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund. I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and the refund issued but my card was charged and no refund was issued. I’ve gone back and forth with this company on email for 3 weeks now and they continue to tell me a refund has been issued and it has not. I’ve reported them to BBB but this company is fraudulent. Do not buy anything from them. Also, a trashy pair of dollar store glasses arrived in the mail a couple of days ago despite the cancellation. The return address was a person in CA and the glasses looked nothing like the picture and had no magnification at all. They were simply “fashion” glasses and very fragile and ugly-nothing anyone would spend $50 on. Except I apparently did. Since they won’t refund my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS “COMPANY”.

A long saga to get a refund....

Further to my previous one star rating, I'd like to make it ZERO star. They are in business to flim flam you. I never enrolled in their "VIP Membership" for $29.95/month, yet they refused to refund any fees. (I didn't catch their billing for two months, so they STOLE $89.95 from me.)

Update 4/14/26: They send an email so it LOOKS like they will do something, but they DON'T. DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are thieves!!

Update 4/17/26: They made me right financially. It was difficult but they did refund my money.

The glasses are of poor quality and do not live up to the

The customer service was great my issue…

The customer service was great my issue was addressed kindly and professionally. I do feel that I should not have been automatically signed up for the VIP club because I would have liked to be able to make that decision for myself.

My Bad Experince

The glasses failed to help my vision. Trying to get a refund has proved to be a joke. They keep referring my request to someone else. It's been over 3 weeks and still waiting on where to send the glasses back!
My info was given to Anna A. four or five times and the scam continues!

These people are scammers BEWARE

These people are scammers BEWARE! Purchased some rubbish glasses from them. A month later they billed me for £29.95p for no reason, this seems like normal practice for these scammers. Stopped them through the bank. Instead of dealing with these people drop your money down the drain, that way at least you've got control over your money.

THEY TWO SEPARATE DD PAYMENTS ON 26/02/2026 PAYMENT WAS £29.99p SECOND PAYMENT ON SAME DAY WAS £59.99p UNAUTHORISED. I CONTACTED THEM YESTERDAY ABOUT THE SITUATION. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TODAY 27th inst: THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED INTO THE ABYSS. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY.

Poor experience

I ordered a patriotic hat was told it was made by veterans, the hat came from China,what Chinese veterans, if I wanted a hat from China I could have ordered it myself for half the money they charged. VERY MISREPRESENTED! Will not use this company again. They said they would contact me, it has now been 12 days and still no response. Very poor customer service.

Avoid Besyner like you would the plague.

These glasses are expensive ($AUD115.00) for two pairs, do not function as advertised, are inferior to $AUD12.00 reading glasses, and poorly made.
We thought we ordered 1 pair of glasses but were charged and received two pairs.
Without asking us, we were enrolled in a so called VIP club which we had to opt out of otherwise more charges would ensue.

Order was not delivered but money…

Order was not delivered but money taken. I was enrolled in a Club that I din't want and now they're trying to regularly take money from my account. So far I have been charged for a product and delivery for something I have never had and they are still tryoing for more. Support line is overtly helpful but actually does not get anything done. So far they have offered me about 20% of what they have taken while they sort this out. It will apparently take 10 days to get to me if it ever does which I seriously doubt.
Edit after further contact from support: Money for main shipment refunded and I think the membership cancelled.

Received the glasses but they did not…

Received the glasses but they did not work as advertised, just a cheap pair of magnifiers that I could buy from the chemist at a third of the price. frames were rubbish, and like many others did not notice I had included VIP membership and got another charge. cancelled it so hope I don't get charged again. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Scammers don't buy anything from…

Scammers don't buy anything from these people they even charged me on going monthly subscription fee of $42.97 aud something I never asked for after they tricked me into buying the useless glasses, put them straight into rubbish bin where they belong ,now I am cancelling my credit card just to stop this scammers from stealing more money from my account, you can't cancel and you can't call them,they should be in jail not running a business.

Horrible experience. Ripped off. But finally paid.. Sort of.

Didn't open due to having read terrible reviews and also seeing the sharpener being sold for a fraction of the price I paid. Did all the return protocols and paid for shipping. It was returned as "undeliverable". I contacted a rep named Angelina, through email and was told to take it to the post office. They sent a prepaid label. So far so good. A week or so later, it was returned again. I couldn't find Angelina's email to write her again, so it's in my garage waiting to be donated to a thrift shop, though I have read it actually damages knives, so maybe I'll just throw it away. Out $59.95 plus tax plus first time return cost. Horrendous experience and I feel like I've been "played"...and that's the worst part of it. (But now I am amending the review by saying that even though all of the above is true, they finally issued a refund after this review was posted. So there's that. But it came from a company name I didn't recognize. Still out the money for the initial return. A lot wrong here.)

Didn't work for me.

Tried them knowing they had a money back guarantee. Received two glasses fairly quickly. Tried one pair, and knew right away they wouldn't cut it. Got ahold of Besyner, got instructions on how to return, did so, and within day of the product arriving back to them, I had my credit on the account used.
