Do not order/support this business
Wish i had read these reviews before placing an order. Thos company is very misleading, i placed an order over a month ago. When i placed it nowhere did it say this was a pre order item with expected shipping by october. I contacted the company and they let me know this was the case however ensured me my items would be shipping on time ( they didn't, shocker). I emailed them again about 8 days later and they said oh sorry actually we have long delays, we can cancel your order. I requested a cancelation for them to say oh this is not guaranteed we forwarded your request to the warehouse. Terrible!

I placed an order early June and by Oct 31st I haven't received the order, and every time I contact the costumer service, they reply with a BS excuse and refuse to give an estimated shipping date.
I don't even know how they keep selling products online. There should be a legal investigation on this company.

I ordered in-stock clothing on September 4th. As of October 27th, it still had not shipped and there was no estimated shipping date. Unacceptable. This used to be such a good company.
Undisclosed defects, long shipping
I ordered 6 items this time (2 orders in August 12 2023, rec'd Sept 30 2023). A couple of issues. One was clearly a previously returned defect item. The previous person's note was still in the package. Their website isn't allowing a refund as it is a 'last chance' item. There was nothing showing defective, only no returns. The other item not as bad, just longer length than ordered, marked normal as ordered but really long.
Edit: Kiery responded and refunded the defective pair of pants.
Betabrand Scam Site
Betabrand was once a genuine business but not any more. They are basically a fake or scam site, that take your money but supply nothing in return. Emails and messages go unanswered. I've kissed my money goodbye but that doesn't stop me being angry. Don't fall for this scam!
Be prepared to wait a long, long, looooong time
I first bought from Betabrand in 2018 and have bought several items from them over the years in between. I have enjoyed their products (dress yoga pants, denim, shoes), but this might have to be the last time. As the years have progressed shipping and customer communication has gotten worse and worse. Right now, I have an order that I made on 9 June 2023. It has been confirmed and paid for since then but that's it. I've reached out several times and each time it's the same canned response about unforeseen factory issues and that it will ship within the month. At this point it feels like they oversold/ they just don't have them anymore and rather than admit it, they're playing a game of chicken with me trying to get me to cancel before they have to admit the mistake, but I don't want to cancel because I want the things I order if I can have them. I have started a running bet among my family and friends on when I'll get the items. Bets range from November (five+ months after ordering) to sometime in 2024 to never. Sigh. Currently, I cannot in good conscious recommend Betabrand like I've done so many times in the past unless you're comfortable with waiting a third of the year or more to get what you ordered and paid for.
Unreliable bushiness.
I ordered several pairs of pants from Betabrand over the summer. I waited more than two months for the items to be shipped. I reached out to customer service on five different occasions, and each time was told that the items would be shipping within a week. When that timeframe was up I would email them again and get the same answer. Every time the only options they gave me were to either wait or get a refund. Then when they finally went to fulfill my order, they refunded half of the items I had ordered because they sold me things they didn’t actually own. There are tons of other companies out there that make comfortable work pants that are way more dependable. My recommendation would be to go find one of them.
They don't deliver
Ordered pants back in early June, by early August had not been delivered, was told they were having shipping delays, I cancelled order. I figured that the problems were surely sorted out by mid-August, so ordered another pair. Five weeks later, still not delivered, had to cancel the order. Too bad. Used to be a great company with a great product, now you can't trust them.
I love these pants, but they require patience.
I love these pants - they fit me, are extremely well-made, and comfortable. I own four pair that I rotate through for work 100% of the time. But I will say that I've just come to accept that I'll order a pair and just forget about it, because it's going to be a month or two before they come in. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised and they come in a couple of weeks. But for the most part - order it and forget it. If that's not an acceptable thing for you, I'd just look elsewhere.
Also, I've gotten the jackets and some tops - they're ok but I like the stretch because I've got some pounds on me - the arms are all too small. So I just stick with the pants.

I should have read the reviews here regarding back orders. I have not received my order and it's been 3 weeks. The company does not update you about any status. They are also very slow in getting back and responses are canned. I am trying to cancel my order by email and they haven't gotten back to me. Wish me luck.

I have been waiting since May for my order to arrive. They keep saying the same thing over and over again that basically they’re going to be getting more help to ship our orders in August. They are offering a refund in place of getting the item but that’s not the point here. I ordered Capri pants in May and it is now mid August. Am I supposed to get them in December when it’s snowing out? This is absolutely ridiculous. I love this product and it is a real shame that they are doing business this way. If you do not have the product to sell, then don’t sell it. Close down your site until you can ship items out in a timely an acceptable matter.
Stay away.
I ordered and paid for some items on July 11th, and then, radio silence. I should have looked here first. The customer service associate I chatted with assured me (through canned responses) that they are "diligently" working to resolve their warehouse issues, but since this has been going on for months, they're obviously not doing a good job. The least they could do is inform customers upfront *before* an order is placed that they may not receive their items for weeks or months after paying for them. It seems like a common courtesy, but they'd rather take our money than be clear about their ongoing warehouse problem.
I was fortunately able to cancel my order through the chat function. I used to sing Betabrand's praises, but I will only recommend buying secondhand at this point because the company itself is no longer reliable.
No Longer Trustworthy
This company currently has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. A check of other sites, such as their Facebook and Instagram, show tons of comments from people saying that they have not received the items they purchased months ago. I share the same experience. It has been 3 months of pushed-back shipping dates and after contacting the company I was sent the same template email they apparently send everyone. When I inquired further about my order, I received the exact same template email again. These emails seem to be automated responses. When I tried leaving a review on their main site, there was no open way to do so. I ordered from this brand for years, but it is clear that they are no longer trustworthy. Plenty of other companies are now selling these types of clothing, especially the pants, so please find one of those and save your time and money.

I am a first-time customer and after seeing so many great reviews I was excited to order. I ordered Black 7-pocket dress-yoga pants on 3-21-2023. My credit card was immediately charged. It is now July 12 and no sign of pants being shipped. I have had 4 email conversations with them and due to the fact that their customer service phone number listed on their website actually belongs to another business, I am unable to speak to someone in person. With each inquiry they tell me due to warehouse and shipping issues my order is delayed. On June 20th they stated, " If this timeline does not work for you, and you prefer to have your order canceled, please let me know". I immediately asked for the order to be canceled and requested a refund. On June 21 they replied, "The order is in the batching state so we are unable to cancel it because it is going to ship regardless". Needless to say, there is no tracking information as of July 12, 2023. Buyers, please beware!

This used to be a wonderful company and I'm hoping they can get back to what they were. I've been ordering from them for several years and have recommended them to friends and family. Quality product at what I think is a reasonable price for what you get.
That said, they need to sort themselves out. My last order took forever and I wrote several emails to try to track it down. I did finally get it, though, and it's the same great quality.
I want to stress this is the only bad experience I've had. They've been excellent on all previous orders.

Doubting arrival…..ever!!
For years, these were my go-to pants. When I saw that they were retiring my style, I quickly ordered more. This was almost 6 weeks ago with no news or updates regarding shipping. I will be fighting the charges through my CC company. I suspect that they will soon be out of business.
Betabrand shipping issues.
I’ve ordered from Betabrand in the past and love their product. However, I placed an order on April 22nd and have not received what I ordered. They have almost $400 of my money and no product! I have reached out twice and was told there was a warehouse problem and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, sent a follow up email and no refund. I’ll be tracking down where I can file a formal complaint.
Subpar Service and delivery
I have several items from this line that I am extremely pleased with, however, a current order I placed on April 2nd still had not been fulfilled even though they took the money for the product at the time of order. They are too overpriced for the quality of service they provide. I will be contacting them today for a refund.
