I opened an accountant here over 6 months ago. I have played for the past 6 months and deposited over and over and over. Not once, and I mean once have I ever even won one single dollar. I was banned from a sister site as a business decision yet allowed to create an account and deposit. I placed 3 bets I was in the process of cashing out these bets I only just cashed out the only winning bet then they logged me out instantly after this so I couldn't cash out the other 2 bets which lost. My Assessment: This looks intentionally obstructive and possibly abusive. They: Have confirmation from my bank. Refuse to act without a format that cannot be provided. Delay with arbitrary timelines and generic replies. That’s not "safe gambling" — that’s hostile and possibly unlawful behavior.

Refusal to Act Despite Valid Proof Even after submitting proof and transaction IDs, Betano refused to initiate a trace or escalation, citing a blanket policy of waiting five full banking days — even though confirmation of receipt was already available. Lack of Escalation, Transparency, and Procedural Fairness My repeated inquiries have resulted in circular, script-based replies with no real investigation. No clear path for escalation was offered, and my documentation was dismissed on technical grounds, rather than substance.
