This has got to be one of the most rigged sites I've ever played on. I play a medium volitile slot I've wagered over 60 grand on this slot and I'm down thousands and thousands, its soo rigged its insane, so I play 80p spins on it lost 120 today, 400 yesterday, 70 the day before that and over 200 two days before that and that's just this week, I get 50, 100,200,300 dead spins in a row 30,50,100 bonuses in one play session that pay 0x 99 percent of the time. Its unreal just how awful this site is, I don't mind losing but to lose 30,50,100 deposits in a row is criminal. They go on about rtp and how it's all random but how is it random when a slot is completely dead all the time and just takes, takes, takes and gives little to nothing back. I'm lost for words I really am. Funny thing is i went on to another site i play regularly and won 250 within 30 spins on a lower bet but with betano i have a much much much bigger chance of winning the lottery then i do of getting a decent win. The house edge on their sites must be insane and my rtp is obviously negative but no matter what I do I'm sat here spinning for hours on end to little get nothing back, gambling you can win or lose but when you lose 100 percent of the time that's not random and its certainly not in the slightest bit fair. I'd stay away from this site unless you really enjoy losing all you're money and getting little to no enjoyment. Update so again I played on this site today on the same slot and yet again these scammers with their rigged slots screwed me over, how the hell am I getting 30 plus bonuses that pay 0x. 95 spins minimum out if 100 are dead spins how can they justify this, it goes the same way everytime I play this site, there is absolutely no way this site is fair, its criminal how rigged the slots are. I want to give zero stars absolute scam. Stole my five pounds I deposited. I had some winnings with the fiver pounds then they closed my account and didn't give Me my winnings!!!! and refuse to respond to my email to get my fiver back. Greedy.

Note- if you start a live chat, it's take between 6-12 hours to get a responce, if you don't reply within 30 minutes, they close your ticket.

I tried their casino due to the great welcome bonus, deposit £10, and get £40 with 1x wager requirement.

Played for 2 hours and made a small withdrawal of £75. Considering I hit around 9 bonuses I was expecting a lot more. The bonuses were set up well with upgraded symbols, mega bonuses and even extra free spins but the payouts were just too low. I chose to take my small winnings and run because the £10 here and £7 there just wasn't enough to keep me from my normal provider.

If I'm not winning serious money when the bonuses are hitting then when will I on Betano? Probably never. But thanks for the 2 hours of fun and some pocket change.

Scam website. Allow you to sign up then send you a message to say you're not eligible for any bonuses on their site and that you have been blocked from all sister sites. Customer support is rude. Scam company that needs reporting.

Absolutely horrific experience withdrawing money. Asked for my money to be deposited back on the card I originally deposited it on. Went through the process of verification. Received a verification notice. Then was denied a withdraw from my account. Spent over 8 hrs via phone conversation and chat trying to get answers. Was sent another email saying everything was verified and that I would receive payment. Still waiting now they are telling me it may be a week. What a terrible experience I’ve had. By far the worst site I’ve dealt with and I have dealt with them all!! You would be crazy to use this site in my opinion considering there is far better providers. This review is from someone who has gambled for over 30 years. What a disappointment!
