Money in is fine, money out does not materialize. Logged in first time with my Google account and then created an account in Betano. And as my user name is not same than my first name, all the withdrawals are just pending.

I have provided all requested documents and few extras, some of them multiple time, all rejected.

I have sent several emails and messages, telling such a small detail, Google user name is not the same than persons first name, for vain. They just refuse to understand this and use it as an excuse to keep my winnings in.

Update 12/04/2023:

Problem was finally solved but it took more than ten (10) emails and I had to send very same documents modestly five (5) times before they were accepted.

Since the problems in the beginning were solved, casino has worked pretty well and I have gotten even some little gains.

Most games are locked preventing you from playing. Totally boring and mundane. Just gambled my winnings just to get rid of any bonus money so I could leave.
Was never able to withdraw my deposit. I did speak to one advisor via online chat. That’s when it eventually worked. Nicole was so lovely and understanding, unlike the first one who just told me to keep playing.

Their response time is very slow to review cusomer accounts for a goodwill bonus. They are still reviewing my account for a goodwill bonus for over 2 days. It takes other online bookmakers just a few minutes to review accounts for goodwill bonuses. They have very few deposit and withdrawal options. I don't like this casino. I lost over $1000 on here and have gotten no goodwill bonus from this stingy casino yet. Stay away from this outdated payments/withdrawal methods and very slow customer service responses casino.

To respond to requests.

I tried to deposit money twice and both times I received an email stating the money will be returned to my account in 1-3 business days. Alright, on the fourth day I contacted customer service and they had no answers. It wasn’t until countless emails were written that they informed me the money was sent to a different email that was attached to the bank transfer/ and not the email I registered under. This email was from when I originally opened my bank account 20 years ago and that I had no access to. I told them why wouldn’t they send to the registered email on the account or to the email they had sent the correspondence to? They have no answers. Now my money was apparently sent to an old email that I tried to access but the security questions are from 20 years how am I to remember my username login for Microsoft back then? Regardless there are other sites you wouldn’t get scammed by… casumo.ca sends money within a day and actually replies to their customers. It’s been 8 days now and my deposits are still not returned.

Also to mention after the failed emts I decided to try with a credit card, spent 3000.00 lost all. I played other sites and at least got some excitement from gains but the most I won/ got ahead was 80.00. No one deposits 3000 to cash out at 80 profit… all around scam. Don’t play this site.

Absolute scam. I won 13000 euro on a big football game ( Belgium Superliga ) and they anulated my bet. Void because of nothing ! Absolutely stealing my money. When i asked why they are doing this they said multiaccounting. With no proof , no nothing. The worst bookmaker ever.

Absolute scam. Accepted the bonus, won 2 bets and got up to 1300€. Right after that they gave me a limit of "1€ on 1 game" so this means, that all the money I can not withdraw yet is lost. Just because I won 2 bets in a row.
I did not even do anything, I am a new customer, verified myself and simply placed 2 bets and had luck.. Basically instantly blocked my account.

Bet 50 EUR, won bet, made 130 EUR. Tried to withdraw, was told I could only withdraw once I had reached 500 EUR in balance/bets. Returned later to bet with 130 EUR balance, balance was 0. Checked transaction history, noticed they nullified my balance without warning. Summary: I bet 50 EUR, won the bet, and lost 130 EUR. Several deposit errors. Requires bank statement and passport or national ID card copies (illegal in Portugal) after nullifying your account when you attempt to withdraw. Rejects crystal-clear high-resolution national ID card copies accepted by everyone else because they're allegedly "unclear and low-resolution". Eventually agreed to credit 20 EUR after I threatened legal action. Good free slots/spins that award (small amounts of) money you can withdraw.

Worst ever betting company! It locks sometimes 20 min so that you don't cash out and they are really bad on cash out! 5/11 Games won(6 open), with a bet of 5€ the final win is at 1100€... With 5 games already won(12,65) and they give only 28€ cash out...
