What stands out about this platform is that combining honesty with proper instruction following can give you great rewards especially that the management will be there for you from the start to finish of each task (Credits to Sir Mike).

Simply saying, I've had my very first task of testing a TV which was sent to me (everything free of charge even the delivery) and it all went well. The testing lasted a month but the task is not that hard taking around 30-120 mins at most with some dayoffs especially on weekends. What really is crucial in here is honesty and keen eye for any bugs that you may encounter which is not that very complex especially that the instruction on how to report it has been given since the very beginning of the task.

To be honest, at first, I was a bit skeptical, especially with some reviews over the internet, if I followed it, might have lost a great opportunity.

Think about it, you get to enjoy testing a product, you get to keep the product, and get paid with your awesome review!

And to this I can very much say, that this platform is true, and if it says that there is a reward after each task, consider it like you are working in a real-world company, (Whereas Betatesting is a real company don't get it wrong) do your best and answer everything honestly and you'll soon reap the rewards!

Beta Testing is easy to use, and most tests are simple to complete with clear instructions. I’ve done several tests, including a TV test, and I was always paid fairly and on time. The platform is intuitive, setup is quick, and there’s no need for complicated integrations. Support is responsive when needed. I use the platform whenever I’m invited, but test invites aren’t very frequent, so you might only get a few opportunities depending on your profile. Still, it’s a great way to try new products, give feedback, and earn extra cash.

Very good paying site, only downside was projects are not consistent to be considered part time work. Still 5* though. It's basically free money

Beta testing is a good way to test out apps or websites and earn a little cash on the side. I have been using it for years and will keep using it.

What makes my experience great at beta testing is how easy it is to give feedback and see that it actually matters. The communication is clear, updates are frequent, and the team seems to genuinely care about user input. They're doing a great job of involving testers in the process and making it feel like a collaboration, not just a trial run.

I have been a beta tester on the platform for a decade. I love the platform because I'm a tech enthusiasts, and also prior to joining the platform, I was already reviewing products for various companies. The platform gives you the opportunity to connect with a lot of small to large companies where you get to see the New creations that will shape the world to where things are going. You test out hardware and/or software (though mainly software) from these companies or individuals, and you get paid for your insight, ideas, hard work, and effort. I've made many connections because of the platform, which I have used for personal use (continuing to use software), or professional by keeping a business relationship with some brands. Think it's great now that we get ratings and feedback on our level of insight and analysis we provide to brands, it gives a sense of a professional stamp on your services. Pay is also the best I've seen from any similar services/companies.

It was a pleasant experience and clear steps to achieve the test.

I am thankful for the opportunity to participate in BetaTesting! The company is legitimate and care about the voices of the testers. I recently participated in a test and didn’t receive the reward from the client. However, Mike with BetaTesting sent a kind and courteous email stating he would send the reward. I thought this was so awesome of him, especially since the company is small and this affects their budget. Thank you Mike and the BetsTesting team for ALL you do! You are wonderful!😊

Another update after the business replied and in response to their poor and vague response:
Belle is my nickname and due to all online privacy issues in the internet if things, I would rather not use my official name here. My choice! Also, your response proves my point - no apologies, no accountability, no specific responses to all the issues raised. In fact before I asked you to delete my account I told you reply to me by email confirming account deletion but you never did! Till date there has not been a single email. And then I figured how to delete my account myself. What a shame. And as soon I changed my trust pilot rating from 5 to 2, there is a response within a few hours. Proves again, what a poorly run business this is and they will do anything to maintain optics externally. I am real person and this is a legit review that you cannot discredit just by saying its due to my name here! I can name every beta test I ever did and present screenshots of payments and more. Now my rating has changed to 1 after your response.
Changing my rating from 5 to 2 as of August 2025 (trustpilot doesn't allow changing the date, makes no sense) - Support people and the owner, all are very rude and condescending
Especially if you ask them to behave themselves, answer issues correctly.
They have businesses like Temu doing these tests and not paying them and then the owner will send you a huge and condescending email saying that even though Temu did not pay them they will pay OOO. When I asked them not to, no response.
Then issues and bugs happen within the platform which is frustrating and they refuse to be understanding.
Quality has gone down a lot - maybe they are understaffed, maybe something else. I was giving my time and high quality feedback for peanuts anyways - not anymore. Its become a huge headache now so I left.
Oh and they are SO obnoxiously intrusive that they will take all your personal info at the level that the Government needs. Make sure to delete that info before deleting your account.

Surveys that are interesting to complete. Easy process and quick rewards!

One of the best survey/test platforms out there. I participate on several platforms for product testing, surveys, website reviews, etc, and Beta Testing is one of the top sites. Great pay when you put in the necessary work and interesting and fun tests and surveys.

If you love testing apps and websites as much as I do then BetaTesting is a company you will want to sign up with!
I have been testing for them for about 6 months or so and have really enjoyed the experience. As a tester, I have had the opportunity to experience so many different types of apps and websites which has been really fun and educational. In fact, testing with BetaTesting has helped me in my own projects with organization and structure.
In regards to payment, I personally have not experienced an issue with receiving it in and of itself or having any delays.

This has been a great opportunity to help out with beta testing, earn money and learn about new and upcoming apps. It switched over to a different pay out system so it takes a fee now. Sometimes it hard to accomplish what needs to be done in a timely fashion and you get removed but all in all i highly recommend this

I take a lot of surveys across all different websites and apps. Beta Testing is the best one at finding high reward surveys. I’ve tried out free products, applications, and new websites through Beta Testing. They’re also very honest and upfront. I recently completed a survey, but never got my payment before the due date. Beta Testing reached out a week after the payment was due to say that they were covering the reward, as the company had bailed on them. I’ve had instances with other surveys where a company has not followed through, and the host website’s answer was to shrug and say, “Oh well, not our fault.” So for Beta Testing to be open about this makes them my preferred survey website.

As a tester, I’ve found this company to be wonderful to work with. Not only do they make it easy to understand what you need to do but they help every step of the way if there are ever any issues. Additionally, I love the products and apps I get to test!

Betatesting is a great company that has given me opportunities to explore apps I have never heard of before. They do a great job of connecting you with companies that are looking for product testers with your interests. Those companies are usually great at communicating with you their expectations and payment is given in a timely manner.

I think what makes Betatesting a great opportunity is that you get to help out the community by doing these surveys, which are interesting, while also getting paid. It's not big money but it's good enough to put in your pocket. Betatesting is it honest company and always pays out. I have been with them for over a year now and it has been a really nice experience
