I signed up with BetaTesting.com and found the platform easy to navigate and user-friendly. The testing projects are interesting, and I appreciate the clear instructions provided for each assignment. While the frequency of testing invites is a bit limited at times, I'm satisfied with the prompt payment for my contributions.

I've had a great experience with Betatesting! Very legit, quick payments, fun projects. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make a little extra cash on the side.

I like using beta testing there is many advantages compared to other website that provide the same job where I prefer here because it’s well paided and the test are adapted to my profile each time

I love this program. First let me say this is not a scam! I know a lot of places say that and that's exactly what they turn out to be but this is legit. It's been awhile since I signed up so I can't remember all the information I had to give but you pick the topics that interest you whether it's business, reading, gaming, dating, etc and you choose 5 areas you are interested in. If a test matches your profile they will send an email and you click through the email to be accepted. Sometimes you get an immediate acceptance while other times you might be "in review" before you get accepted or denied or there's the occasional ones where you answer the 2 or 3 questions and you won't match their criteria for that test. I have tested many programs and received some physical items to test that I was able to keep. Some tests can be 5 mins while some can last a week but it won't be hours you're doing the test. They may want you to pop on here and there to do something and that's it. Now it's not something you can quit your job to do BUT if you want to make extra money to put away on Amazon gift cards for the holidays, or you want it into your PayPal account to use immediately the choice is yours. As long as I have done what was asked for the project I received payment. There's no catch. There's no misleading information given. It's very straightforward and not only do you help the companies improve their products, apps, ideas, games, etc but you are rewarded as well. Sign up and try it out.

Amazing company! There are a very well put together company, very thoughtful, respond quickly and efficiently to any problems (which is next to never!) They are very thorough with beta tests, they are super easy and typically quick. Payouts are always on time and pretty quick. Never had any issues with payments. They are perfect!!!@ Over all a great company and I literally have no complaints.

I really love this website! So far, I have earned $100, and they process payments almost instantly after approval. The only downside is that there aren't many testing opportunities available, or at least not many invitations in my country. Otherwise, everything is great!

I have been connected with high-quality testing experiences. Both indie developers and seasoned professionals (and corporations) provide opportunities to the testing pool. It is great to know that your experience and feedback is contributing to product development. Incentives have been a nice bonus. I haven’t experienced many issues with my testing experiences, and their team communicates well.

I'm a veteran beta/game tester who's been into incentive-earning since 2012. I've pretty much done it all. I'm always looking out for new platforms to try, and found BetaTesting in a list feature in some blog (I forgot which now). I receive new tests at least 3 times a month. It's important to fill out your profile, as that's how devs find you. Your profile is like a resume, and BT offers a well thought out profile. The team is very responsive and has stepped in when malicious parties tried to exploit testers.

One of my favorite things about BT is their streamlined UI and testing features. You have your instructions, you have a tasks tab, bug reports, and messaging system to directly contact the test devs.

My only complaint is that some devs don't take beta testing seriously, and have tried telling us to basically eyeball their app and say it's fine. I would suggest that devs have an onboarding video or mini guide that they're required to read or watch, and complete a short test on. It would make sure they understood how to use the service, and keep things more uniform. Sometimes devs put the tasks in Instructions or don't fully utilize the features.

But all in all, I love this platform as a tester, and I do suggest it to others in the testing community. Those who I've seen claim it isn't grear usually aren't well versed in testing, or they're trying to exploit the platform. I've seen similar complaints on solid survey platforms too. Be truthful, ask the team for help, and fill out your profile properly. It's that easy.

I've had a great experience with BetaTesting! Great website to give feedback to make products better and earn some income along the way. The website makes it easy to sign up and start receiving projects that you can take part in. You won't become rich using the website but it's a fun way to earn some extra income while helping others improve products they are building for the world to use.

They had tests readily available, easy tasks, the pay per test is varied, but it’s been really good for me to have sone good extra money.

Their user tests are not paying much. Moreover, recently they switched from paying full with PayPal to deducting 6% from paypal payments and offering tremendous for full payment. When I gave the feedback to them that this is not fair, the response I got was "We actually increased our rewards more than 25% before our switch to Tremendous! So, the 6% is negligible." To me that response is just laughable. I am not sure when and how they really increased their prices for 25%. I really don't see that. Now it is possible that maybe I have low ratings and that's why I don't get high paying tests? Who knows! Because, there is no transparency. As a tester, I cannot see what my ratings are, where I got low ratings, and no feedback on how to improve. So this site for me is getting worse and worse. If you won't be transparent about our ratings and help us get higher paying tests, what is the point of staying here? and if when we send feedback through their platform we will just be talked down, I really don't see the point in directly communicating them to help them imrpove their system. Perhaps leaving a rating here for them, which is fully transparent, would be helpful for them to improve something. I'll continue using their site but if it goes like this and I just don't get any transparency, I am not sure if I will last long. There are many alternatives out there.

Very poor at communications. Don't live up to their promise. Some money ($50 allegedly) was paid to some testers - but which ones? No communication regarding test ending. Pretty poor overall - would not recommend.

My reply to the Betatesting.com response:

The fact that it has taken you 9 months to respond, and the belligerence of your response indicates to me the calibre of your company.
I have just gone back into the testing webpage, and discovered that it had taken 2 months for someone to reply to my question regarding has the test completed or not? "yes everything is complete, thank you for your feedback". That was it.
Now here is why I found the whole experience regrettable - the testing was hardware, with the equipment in question being a TCL television. The reward was that the TV could be kept on completion, providing that sufficient testing had been completed, AND 25% of the testers would receive a additional $50 reward.
The test was never formally announced as complete; there was dead silence from the Betatesting team; there was no indication that the TV could be kept or not; and most importantly, there was NO indication of who had received the $50 reward. So in reality, it could have been nobody received it. Who knows?
I have no reference numbers for the test. It was clearly labeled as "Hardware Test - 55 Inch TV shipped to you for 5 week test" and as far as I know it was limited to 30 testers in Thailand.
So I stand by my original review title: Betatesting.com is *very poor at communications* and I would not recommend getting involved with them.

I understand that I was probably not in the top 25% (although how you calculate 25% of 30 people is a bit of a mystery) but the fact remains that NO ONE communicated the results and as far as I or anyone else knew there could have been 7, 8 or even 0 people who received $50. Where is your transparency? And as far as the free TV goes and without wishing to sound ungrateful, it was such a poor example of modern technology, with promised software updates never materialising, that I gave it away.

What an amazing platform this is. I registered a week ago, and guess what happened? I already earned $10. I have to say they have a very fast payout, and by fast, I mean a 1-minute payout. Please use this platform; you won't regret it!
