Why are Betbull allowed to put on all these phoney 5 star reviews I had to verify my experience so should all these 5 star ones Ironic because even though I sent them all the documents they requested under duress I have now had to go to IBAS to get what is owed to me

Betbull are running a good sign-up promotion, which made me want to try their services for sports betting.
I had some profits from my initial bets so decided to withdraw my investment and continue to play with the winnings, then my account was suddenly suspended without any reason given.
I contacted support multiple times and I was finally allowed to log into my account after a week, but I still could not place any bets, deposit or withdraw funds.
After another week and more chat attempts with support I ended up asking for my account to be closed and my remaining balance credited to my bank account, which they processed the next day.
I never found out what the issue was as their support team was not empowered to provide any real help.
I definitely do not recommend Betbull and I never had issues like this with other providers so plenty of options out there.

UPDATE

Betbull reached out via Trustpilot asking for my account details which I provided along with my case reference number for the issue I had on their platform so they can double-check everything.
Now they reply publicly asking me for details they already have visibility of and expecting me to contact their customer service once more after the failure of multiple previous attempts.

AVOID
I've just closed my account. Been meaning to do it for sometime now. Since the so called upgrade its terrible. It was never a great site before they done it but now it's worse.

Use to get a 8% loyalty bonus on accas and diamonds every day that you could use on spins to get a boost ROBBED us of that taken them away.

Try doing a acca it will say a price changed wont let you place it, use to be able to accept any odds change no longer available. Refresh the page because you can't place the bet and you lose all your selections and have to start all over again PATHETIC

How this have gone up from 1 star to 2 half i never know fake feedback guaranteed. No one can say its better, everything about it is rubbish, lost the don't bet alone, so many things changed that you'll bet alone.

Wouldn't go back and neither should people join they're one of the worst I've been on and a minus 3* would be justified.

PLENTY OF SITES OUT THERE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE. UPGRADE WENT BACK 20 YEARS SO ITS ACTUALLY A DOWN GRADE

Shocking app. Constantly crashes and glitches. No free bets on offer - avoid at all costs. Every other betting app I have used is far, far superior.

£50 deposited to take advantage of their free bet offer. Account suspended until a variety of documents are sent, although they don't tell you this during sign up. Emailed about this requesting refund and account closure but ignored. Had to contact my bank and the Gambling commission to raise the issue as they just completely disregard your concerns.
Don't be duped by the flashy adverts. They are awful to deal with.

New App has room to improve

I have been an avid betbull user for many years now. And after the recent update, it made sense to give my thoughts on all the pros and cons:

cons:
1. Bet history - Although we were informed about this issue in advance, I would love to see my outstanding bets from 'pre update' appear in mybets. As I can't remember exactly what I had placed on league winners.
2. No search bar - This makes finding some of the less known events harder/longer to find.
3. Withdrawal time - Used to be instant. Still takes less than 24 hours, which is better than most, but slower than before.
4. Boosts - Betbull was my go to place for boosted accumulator bets, but there doesn't seem to be any anywhere. Customer service told me they will return. But I am not sure when.
5. Social - The social part of Betbull was it's main selling point. This still exists, but it is not up to the standard that it was before. I want to be able to see how many people are on a bet in the feed. And the chat rooms don't seem as popular.

Pros:
1. Much nicer app - easier to navigate
2. Spin wheel seems to give better rewards
3. Some new markets and sports which is great - would love to see player market like shots on target appear
4. Horse racing - I normally bet on site, and horse racing never used to be available unless on app. So this helps

Overall I can see betbull have tried to update themselves to look like the rest of the market. It's not far off, they just need to tidy up the display and make everything run a bit smoother.

I'm hopeful that some more releases will occur, as the social element of betbull makes it my favorite site. Just seems to lack the spark needed at the moment.

Most of the 1* reviews look to be people that have suffered issues from the update. I guess problems would have always been expected. Let's hope they get fixed, as historically betbull have always been great for me.

Fantastic app to bet with and an even better app following the new update. Love the new format of betting, Finally we can select days in advance to bet on sport which wasn’t possible previously.

Really enjoy the social side of the betting on Betbull, I enjoy scrolling through seeing boosted bets that I’d normally place myself. There are lots more features to the social side of the app now with the new update and it brings together everyone in a friendly unique way.

Lastly there are no other bookmakers currently around that allow you to boost your bets up to 100%! Think this is a valuable asset Betbull have got and I’m using them a lot more regularly compared to other bookmakers.

New update has made this app even better than before and the social side to it makes it more fun to bet.

You can chat to fellow punters who have backed the same things as you.

Absolute joke of a site.
I have an outstanding Winning bet of £210 for Scottie Sheffler winning the Masters golf tournament, £10 at 20/1. Placed the bet well before the tournament, their app "update" wiped my entire history. Multiple emails sent to them, tried their help and support functions - useless, fake chatbots! Have emailed the gambling complaints commission about them

They had a USP and now it’s just awful after the update.
Don’t bother.

Really enjoying the new app, it’s so much easier to use and markets easier to find. So glad they kept the social bets and live chat during bets as I love that. Great feeling when win and lots of people have copied your bet. There have been some bugs with new app and it seems to have annoyed some people! Was bound to be teething problems but most seem to be resolved now so looking forward to using them as my main bookie. Love the wheel spin too!

Love the new app, superb and up there with the best in the market now.

Really good app and site. No problems with withdrawing and customer service is very quick and efficient. Recommend.

I've used Betbull quite a lot over the past year or so but just recently the app and website have both been updated. This unfortunately hasn't gone well and I would be holding back payment to your web developer! The site was never the best but the update is worse in my honest opinion. Added to that I can't even make a deposit now so no bets can be placed. My experience with the support team has always been good but having reported my issue now on 3 separate occasions this also seems to have dropped in standard. I've been promised an email on 2 occasions but it never came through. Betbull you need to sort this out asap you are losing custom and the way it's going it'll be unlikely you'll get it back.

Betbull used to be a top bookie for me. It priced up the horse racing the same times as the big bookmakers, had competitive odds, quick withdrawals, easy/fast use app and fair restrictions.... Then they had the update/overhaul on 7th April

Since this update every highlight has now gone. Firstly, they no longer price up horse racing until a couple hours pre race, same day. I don't know any bookies operating like this. All big bookmakers have day before, early prices and even most tinpot bookies.

Secondly, the new interface and app lags and crashes regularly. I made several attempts of placing a simple 5 fold acca but gave up in the end as the app kept crashing.

Thirdly, withdrawals have become horrendous. Without early prices on the horse racing, Betbull is literally a last place bookie for me now so I withdrew my balance as I have no use for the bookmaker when everywhere else is better. The withdrawal took around 6-7 days to be processed and cleared.

What an horrendous update. It's literally removed everything positive Betbull had to offer. Like alot of punters, I've withdrawn my balance and left. If they fix the crashing app out and start pricing the horse racing early again like the main bookies, then I will return. Until then, I'm out!!!

website is really poor, not much to bet on sports wise, matches always seem to be suspended or not available.
