Wow utterly useless. Signed up from Thailand no problem whatsoever. Deposited no problem. Was enticed to do so for their free bets (3 x £10 bets) and the 20% bet boosts they also offer.

Then they locked my account, right after I complained about not bing able to place a bet (which went on to win £100, and which I sent them before it went on to win), and told me would unlock it when I was back in the UK.

Back in the UK now, contacted three times, and told they are getting it unlocked as a priority, Still nothing done five days later.

Shockingly poor customer service. As per the other reviews here, I would avoid this bookie. Like a lot of them, they have the same ridiculously unfair policies in place and customer service is non-existent.

EDIT:

Betbull are now telling Trustpilot I don't have an account with them, despite dealing with the above issues hours after my review was posted.

I have emailed proof to TP.

If Betbull want this review deleted, they will have to do something about the bet I was about to place when they froze my account. A screenshot of those bet selections, before the bet went on to win, is in the chat history on my account.

Do not bet with this site, all looks good, plenty of betting options, however, not one but every winning bet or accumulator that has a chance of winning or cash out of any winning amount above your stake you get an error message, logged out, or cash out is just unavailable and switched off by bet bull. You should have confidence and general fair play when using betting sites, however you will not find this here. AVOID.

I don't even know where to start with these amateurs. I hold accounts with all the major bookmakers (PP, 365, Hills,Sky, Ladbrokes) and have never had the trouble with any of them as Ive had with these clowns. The verification process was an absolute farce, had to send three different passport shots and then when I sent a copy of my bank statement, was asked questions about my finances and overdraft! I explained to them that the statement was sent as proof of address and nothing else and told them my overdraft facility had nothing at all to do with them!??? I've just been back onto them (after 3 months) because they were sending me promo emails and "new sign-up offers"and brought up my previous dealings, to which they specified "All bank statements must be clear of overdraft" ..well that rules out half the country then! After instructing them to close the 'account' and remove me from their mailing list I told them in no uncertain terms where they could shove their sign-up offer (which btw is a joke in itself!) BetBull?? Bull is right!

I don’t understand how they give the concession to open up these online scams. The slots don’t pay even if played from 1 penny, I lost £550 in 10 minutes playing from £2. I didn’t even see a payout of £1. amazing! really a scam. do not open the account you this site. Scam scam scam

Don’t what ever you do play on there slots there dated and don’t payout or feature much at all.
If you like losing you come to the right place so don’t be fooled and go else where.

UPDATE I:

It seems BetBull didn't like my review so they contacted Truspilot and asked them to take it down arguing I was not a user of their site and my review is therefore insincere (dishonest).

Well that little trick might have worked if they hadn’t emailed me after I wrote it apologising and trying to bribe me with a full 10.00 euros if I would return to their site (I guess the bottom has fallen out of the bribe market). Needless to say I have sent Trustpilot transcripts from their emails which unequivocally prove my review is sincere and genuine.

The sad thing is that rather than address the issues they sought to discredit them which says a lot in my opinion.

UPDATE II:

I have removed the word "scam" from the title because they did refund my £40 balance after I closed my account.

This site is very suspect and the fact it was promoted by “The Telegraph” is extremely disappointing, but does offer some optimism for recourse as a UK news outlet should not be promoting poor "scam alert" type sites.

I joined yesterday only because it was recommended and promoted by “The Telegraph” and found it extremely hard to navigate (very poor interface) and the casino games (especially the slots) were so old I began to suspect that maybe most modern slot companies probably would not license them games which says a lot. So I decided that I was not going to make any more deposits.

However today I realised I won about £40 on a football bet (I deposited 100), so figured I would withdraw that and call it a day, but I was not allowed to withdraw it because it said I had a pending withdrawal and when I asked support about that I was told to wait until someone emailed me. I was emailed without anything in the subject line, poor grammar and told to provide all the usual information and then some... Check this out for a laugh.

What is this 1960’s Berlin during the cold war spying days; a newspaper outside a landmark really?

I have decided to let them keep my £40 and take no more risks by providing them any more personal information they could use to commit fraud. I am also cancelling my debit card just to be on the safe side.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and ignore those few fake “great" reviews. The fact that BetBull has the audacity to keep posting replies asking complainants to contact their support, when all the complaints have been made after dealing with their support system doesn't bode well.

Don't really understand the negative reviews! I joined a few days ago played a few games and got a tidy win. Money was paid back to me in a few hours. The only negative would be that when I joined it said I would get free spins but I received nothing. Can't really call spins free if you have to deposit on that game to get them! Other than that a good site and fast payout

Very good so far, won twice from free bets offer £163 and £50. Payments received in half a day which is good in my opinion. Would definitely recommend 👌

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Sign up bonus free bets were given as promised and despite saying 2-5 days winnings were in my account within hours. Unfortunately there is no option to bet on horse racing but other than that can't fault.

Every review seems to clarify previous reviews proof that these are real experiences. It seems the ploy is that their licensed to operate lawfully until you win. Then they leave you hanging and frustrated at a company from Malta who took your money but a frustrating withdrawal means people leave the winnings choosing to forget about it instantly closing your account if you question this behaviour.
My case offers timeframes when I won which weren’t met. It’s when they started this I pointed out that I wanted to close the account on settlement. I then pointed out they held data on my wife as I had been using her card and in live chat they were going to reopen the account so I could remove the card just this once. I told my wife. She contacted requesting this data be removed. They will reply in 48hrs. This is a data breach withholding information I request as a customer with a closed account. They hope you just go away and they act like nice criminals. Stay well away

First impressions I am quite impressed no faff on to validate my account the fastest payout I have ever known within hours.

No PayPal, just card deposits and so the withdrawals takes ages. BB would have you believe believe they are fast and it’s the card company taking their time… might be true, might not… all I know there is no PayPal and can’t really wait 4 or 5 days for withdrawal to be paid. Other sites with PP facility pays with 24 hours….

This company is a disgrace. I briefly used them in 2019, then used them for a couple of days last week. I have £88 in my account and wanted to withdraw it..They said I needed to verify my account with pictures of bank card, Driving license and passport which I did…They then wanted a picture of the bank card I used in 2019 (why?) I explained it had expired so they wanted me to provide a bank statement from 2019 proving the transaction (why?) so I found it and sent a screenshot…That wasn’t good enough, it had to be in pdf format (why?) so I did that…only to get an email from their parent company Wynn resorts saying that I can’t send sensitive information like that to them…So what can I do? I’ll leave people to draw their own conclusions with these people but the way they’ve behaved is in my opinion disgusting.
I still don’t have my money.

Of all the online bookmakers I use Betbull is the one i use most. Great concept and good layout. Always get free odds boost tokens and spin the wheel helps push the odds up on bets. Fun betting with betbull compared to other sites just make sure you use the betbull website as the app is terrible, forever crashing and impossible to use at times which is frustrating. Would be 5 star if the app worked!?

Hard to navigate the site. Takes an age for bets to settle. Can't have more than 6 selections in a system. Most offers are difficult to use and are hardly ever worth it. Stick to Skybet or Paddy.

Tried to Cashout on 3 of my accas today, couldn't log in..but surprise surprise as soon as matches were over I was able to log in!!! Will not be using these again!😡

Wouldnt let me cash out 4 consecutive times over 10 mins ,omg.If you dont bet you get odds boosts to entice you, but when you do deposit and bet no boosts or bonuses whatsoever. All prices are so much worse than every other bookie in uk! All a con, how did you get cantona on board????
