Very slippery terms and conditions. I won my free bet but they said I couldn’t have it as someone in my 20 flats has had their welcome offer. Wish I had have knocked at every door and asked!

The Betbull app is awful.... Crashes frequently, unresponsive, unreliable... at least that is my experience in the six months I've been with them.

Very prompt service when making withdrawals and the betting experience is very good. I like it.

This site is awful, essentially it guides you to bets it wants you to make. Finding an event you may want to bet on is so time consuming that you give up. Every other betting site I have used at least lets you go to sport you may be interested in from the front screen.

Been with Betbull a few years. CONSTANTLY declining withdrawals and asking for verification. Must of done this 5 times now over a couple of years. Refuse to do this anymore and will continue to use Ladbrokes and virgin bet as this never happens on there! Seems they use any excuse not to pay. Shame as I love the concept!!! Scammers!!!

Absolute crooks. Set up my account yesterday. Deposited £100 using my partners card as he gave me permission. Deposited no problem. Won £250 with some football bets. Account was then frozen. Demanding documents in a very poor manner. I sent all documents that were asked. Told they were not good enough so I supplied them again. Asked for photos of my partners card which was also then provided. 24 hours later of back and forth im told that my original deposit has been refunded and all my winnings have been voided. If it was such a massive deal then why accept the deposit in the first place? Then today I have been spoken to like dirt on there shoe. Threatening to close my account etc hahaha as if I was going to continue using it anyway. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very poor casino I opened a new account deposited over £80 and max win was £3.50 it’s so hard to win on this casino and I know they will say it’s random but I just think it’s rigged . Another greedy casino

Deposited ten pound got daft bonus now there asking for pic of my bank card both sides and my passport and bank statement I had doubled my money won and now they won't pay owt scam keep wel away that's to everyone unless u like giving money away foe free to scammers

Absolutely shocking. Deposited 1000 early in July I think the 3rd. I went on to win 1700. The withdrawal failed to my card for no reason known to me or my bank, then they wanted a passport photo and a bank statement to confirm my bank account number. This was so they could make a bank transfer, on the 4th July I was emailed saying it had passed inspection and was being sent to financial dept for processing. It is now 19 days later and still no sign of my money. I've emailed daily and 24/7 chatted but the same message of we are trying to fix the issue is all I recieve. What a joke of a company, I have already saved all correspondence. ...... problem since sorted will still use the site.

Before joining betbull i had heard nothing but positive reviews, now i joined and my account was fully verified straight away, i then proceeded to win big and withdrawal well what even is that at this point? More documents were requested and submitted and told 24 hours, that was over 100 hours ago

It’s the worst experience I ever had! Poor games, constantly kicking out of games, I put. £400 and no wins so far! This is playing stakes of 0.4-0.8 pence per spin so just think on £400 no win! Save your money and use another company not this one!! Pure scam!!

Not sure why there is so many negative reviews on here but this site is brilliant plenty of markets to bet on plus I’ve made 3 separate withdrawals now 1: £300 2: £700 3: £875 all 3 hit my bank within 3 hours

Not a bad company. Lots of markets you can bet on Football matches that other betting companies do not offer. Also the more regularly you log on the more boosts you get on your accumulators prices.

I don't spin the reels for a lot only 10 or 20p and after watching 430 odd spins go by without any sign of a feature you have to wonder whether it's worth playing, I'm not expecting to win loads of money I just want to have a game with a few features and the odd win so I can play on and off when time permits and enjoy. They scam you out of cash out, when you make a acca they will make a game unavailable that stops u cashing out. Yeah I understand if it's because of a goal or red card but no they go unavailable the whole game which is a sneaky way to stop you cashing out. Even tho when u go on the fixture before u make the acca it clearly says cash out on straight win.

I've spent so much these last few days to be robbed like this. Spoke to a chat agent, all they kept doing is sending me the T&C

Con merchants. Opened new account with link to offer “Deposit £20 and get £40 in free bets”. I did what they asked and only got £20 free bets. After 1 hour arguing with Lily online they tell me I had used a different offer bet which I’d never even heard of. Liars and cowboys. Steer clear!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour opened account said identity been verified deposited twice and starting winning won £114 then account gets restricted telling me I’ve been using a card in which isn’t mine which I clearly proved was but because my ID out of date wouldn’t accept that sent various documents to prove my identity and got ignored no reply. But seems like they do this often from these reviews

Would of give 0 if it would let you staked the amount for free new cuatomer bets one game postponed not there fault obviously they then lock free bets till they find out the outcome of the fixture so then they hold your money plus free bets customer service is a waste of time the chimps just copy and paste of the website like robots
