Despite my active exlusion on Gamstop…
Despite my active exlusion on Gamstop since 07/11/2025 to date. BetMGM took in the region of £4500 off me ignoring any exclusions, when I mentioned it to them they ignored me and just banned me off the site.
I have extensive medical history backing this I found the only website that would let me play during my exclusion was BetMGM. I'd like to make anyone aware they are a predatory company ignoring GameStop policy they will take all your money regardless of your mental state.
I'm raising this with the relevant bodies as I personally have lost family members to gambling addiction I myself have been in rehab 3 times, the moneys gone but others like me shouldn't fall victim to this company.

You can reach the history and you can solve the problem at firstly. And then, you should inform your game provider, and you should hold the game until your game provider solve the software problem. Otherwise, you can't manage the customer complaints!

Honestly really really bad, there are much better online casino you can choose from. Please don’t choose this one or do choose these and find out for yourself, I played with £600 playing the slots for a hour at a time with not 1 bonus. I don’t mind losing but this site is ridiculous, never again

After 2months of winning absolutely nothing, over £1000 lost, I asked customer service what was happening, all I got was a scripted reply, got passed to another colleague as the last one was saying it's random luck and your random luck is bad and it may get better! Next colleague said identical scripted reply, even asked them to explain how a 20p slingo game can cost upto £15 just to get a decent go on the bonus board then win no more than £3 the reply your having bad luck. Definitely not 2 months worth of bad luck, I expect to lose sometimes but everytime in the last 2 months, coming up to 3 months. I said I had taken screen shots of the conversation and my history and was going to see where I stand to legally get this site looked at. Their response was to suspend my account and refer my account to the safer gambling department, insinuating that I am the problem. Stay away from this site they are a complete rip off and definitely scamming people.
