After 2months of winning absolutely nothing, over £1000 lost, I asked customer service what was happening, all I got was a scripted reply, got passed to another colleague as the last one was saying it's random luck and your random luck is bad and it may get better! Next colleague said identical scripted reply, even asked them to explain how a 20p slingo game can cost upto £15 just to get a decent go on the bonus board then win no more than £3 the reply your having bad luck. Definitely not 2 months worth of bad luck, I expect to lose sometimes but everytime in the last 2 months, coming up to 3 months. I said I had taken screen shots of the conversation and my history and was going to see where I stand to legally get this site looked at. Their response was to suspend my account and refer my account to the safer gambling department, insinuating that I am the problem. Stay away from this site they are a complete rip off and definitely scamming people.

Based on other gambling websites I find that bet mgm is somewhat more efficient than many others out there, not to say that other gambling sites are less productive than mgm, I just feel like I get more from mgm bet than any other sites

Customer service is dire. Spuriously got me to deposit money with an offer they never honoured and wasted my day trying to resolve. If you want a gambling company to waste interminable hours with on live chat only to get absolutelynowhere join these (yes I know this is most gambling companies)!

Pathetic stake restriction - i was offered your Super Boost via email on the Wolves football match but the maximum stake you will allow me is 11p.
What is the point - you are supposed to be this all singing all dancing super Bookmaker yet you act like this - absolute embarassment to the industry.
