Happy Start to Your Day with Pilates
I faithfully lined up for the 10 days. Strength improved. I know it caused me to breathe more deeply and get my heart rate up. Balance is my weak spot. Must work on this.

I Sciatica/hip we’re pretty sore
I Sciatica/hip we’re pretty sore, it helped a little but I went to the doctor and the doctor sent me to physical therapy so I really haven’t been using their classed much because I’ve been working on what I got from the physical therapist at least for now.

I have really enjoyed the half hour chair yoga. Since working at home during covid it allows me a nice break from work without leaving my desk space. The instructor is knowledgeable and I love her voice…its very calming.
Beginners’ Core Strength 7 day Course
This course showed me how absolutely weak is my core. It has definitely increased however with this course. I feel that my core strength has improved and that I am now much more aware of it and it’s importance. I found it tough at times but it was doable thanks to the fitness instructor’s guidance. A must repeat course for further strengthening of the core. Recommended 👍👍

Easy excercising
I found these excercises comfortable
And not difficult to do .The ten minutes a day is enough and the instructer was fantastic explains very clearly and tells you if is is painful pull back. I enjoyed it
