This was challenging for me as I am 69…
This was challenging for me as I am 69 years old & have put on a few lbs since Covid. But I gave it a chance & I'm very glad I did. Stephanie made it very easy to follow & was very encouraging. I will say there were a couple of exercises I couldn't do easily, but I did them as best I could. I will continue to do the 10 Pilates course going forward. Thanks Stephanie!

I found theses sets of exercises extremely helpful and it has certainly helped calm my aching hips....my bursitis.

Really wanted to like this workout
Really wanted to like this workout. The first 2 workouts were manageable but instructor moves a little too fast especially between moves ( my feet are nowhere near as flexible or strong as hers). Secondly the angle of the camera on the wall exercises was not good. Could not see the position of her foot.

Just superb and awesome! I'm a doctor and this app was got by my brother for me. I daily practice these exercises with the help of my brother. I has a major gall bladder and major bratic surgery. So to do these mobility exercises was a bit problematic. So brother teaches me daily. Tq for such a wonderful special exercises. Dr. Gowri

very, very good series of hip exercises! dr ben is most clear in his instruction. my hips always feel better after each series. it is a regimen i will continue to practice, increasing the repetitions and/or the range of movement.

Outstanding Instructor and Class!
This Chair Yoga course was fantastic. The instructor Mel is wonderful, always on an even keel and takes you through the class in a low-key but enthusiastic fashion. The moves are easy to accomplish, yet I felt every day that I had improved in mobility and strength. There was not a lot of soreness but I could feel that I had challenged my body that day. Thank you Better5.com AGAIN for a great class! I will continue these classes until the end of my physical life!

Improved knee strength and mobility - it works
I have osteoarthritis in my knees and am doing everything I can to postpone knee replacement surgery. I thought I'd give this course a try and after only day 3 I can notice a positive difference in my range of motion and pain level. The instructor, Dr. Bob, has a pleasant speaking voice (I have left classes because I couldn't tolerate squeeky instructors) and moves at a good pace and explains the purpose of every exercise and what you should expect to feel. I am very confident that this course will be of benefit to me.
Helpful program has improved my mobility
This program has significantly helped my stiff and sore hips. Easy to follow and the progression of lessons builds strength as you go.

I loved Better5- until some of the programs I paid for disappeared. My request for customer service was ignored. I just never expected that what I bought would no longer be in my “saved” items. But I liked the quality of the classes and the class leaders.
In safe hands
This is a great course, nicely modulated so it's not too scary. I'd never worked on my core before so I found it a challenge, particularly the last few classes. But Stephanie is very clear and calm; I felt I was in safe hands.

Some exercises quite difficult for me, but I feel they have helped me feel more supple, and I am increasing my daily activities.
“Gentle Lower Body Strengthening”
I purchased the “Gentle Lower Body Strengthening” class because I’ve lost a lot of strength in my legs because of my age & less activity because of the pandemic. I very much enjoy the class. There’s good instruction, modifications if you’re having problems, & someone to watch doing the exercises. And the best part? My legs are already feeling better after just a week. I’ll definitely be investigating other classes available.
