I insured a new iphone 8. The policy is competitive. One issue was that I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail or policy documentation.
I chased this with the company and they sent me the information.

Phone stolen and replaced in a week
Very happy with the service offered by Better Buy, I had my phone stolen and replaced in just over a week. They offer an incredibly competitive monthly rate which is what attracted me in the first place.
The claim did require a certain amount of persistence on my behalf. I called every day whilst my claim was being processed to make sure they had everything they needed and to see where we were at.
Some claims handlers better than others, I spoke to four different people on four separate occasions. Delivery of the new device took 5 business days (I was told 3) however it was worth the wait as I'm very happy with the condition of the device.
Would recommend Better Buy to friends and family!

The service was okay, good price for what is covered, only problem I had was no confirmation email was sent through like it said until I rang up a few days later which they sent it again, other that that very good service

First time ever insuring a phone and the customer service was terrible! Could of been a long term customer but I had to send multiple emails for them to reply to change the policy which I gave up on and canceled the direct debit

Sorry to say but there's not much to recommend here. Applying online was easy enough, but I didn't receive an e mail confirmation of the transaction until I requested it. After the arrival of the insurance confirmation (which was quick enough) - it was then followed up by another E mail stating that the direct debit payment failed and that the policy was cancelled! Given that I had only just applied for the insurance (and the payment date for the first direct debit was arranged as per the dates offered and not due for a couple of weeks) I thought this was strange, therefore I decided it was best to leave the insurance as cancelled and go elsewhere. A bit of a waste of time to say the least.
